I called and requested a compensation for the trouble but no one cares, not only didn’t I get a truck less than an hour before my pick up time, but the truck was not drivable, I had to go get another 50 miles away , having to pay my movers extra time.

Provide contract and insurance by email when picking up the truck. I had an accident no dommage on the truck but the other car loose it’s bumper which I had damaged when moving backwards to park the truck. I want signal issue issue but no one is pick-up the phone

Valerie FI had put back the gasoline back in the truck but they still charged me 30.00$ + 55.96$ plus taxes for it. That is a rip off!!!
