The Condition of the Vehicle On the day of pickup—during a freezing snowstorm—I was handed a vehicle that was a mess inside. I actually had to vacuum it myself just to make it usable. More alarmingly, I discovered empty alcohol cans and LCBO bags stuffed under the driver and passenger seats. Had I been pulled over by the police for a random stop, those open containers could have led to a nightmare scenario involving a DUI investigation or vehicle impoundment through no fault of my own. Service & Logistics The company’s logistics are predatory. They actually repossessed the vehicle one morning but still had the audacity to bill us for the full day of service, leaving us completely stranded without transportation. Return Process & Billing Fraud I returned the vehicle to the agent in person. She confirmed everything was fine at the time of drop-off. However, days later, multiple "extra charges" began appearing. * Unauthorized Billing: They bypassed me and repeatedly charged my father’s credit card. The card was provided only as a prerequisite for the order; no authorization was ever given for these subsequent, illegitimate charges. * Delayed "Issues": Any claims they are making now are fraudulent, as the agent cleared the vehicle upon return. Final Verdict This business is operating in a way that is both fraudulent and illegitimate. They show a complete lack of regard for customer safety and financial integrity. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

The lot is a little small. The counter service was very good. The clerk was very efficient and friendly. The lock on the lock box was very hard to open. I think the weather had frozen it. It finally worked but I had nearly given up by the time it did. The little lever on the lock that was supposed to open the clasp did not. The van was good. Worked well except the driver's door was hard to close. It is nearly brand new (the van) so it should be looked into as it should be under warranty.

Ivan VFloors of the cab and back were quite dirty. Mobile booking and return process was overly complicated and time-consuming.
Paul HThe location was supposed to open at 10:00 for pickup. But, location didn’t open until 10:20 as staff were late. Also, when dropping off there were no available parking spots to leave the Uhaul in so drop off was difficult. Parking lot is too busy and too small to be a U-Haul location.

CHRISTAL BStaff, although friendly, are really poorly trained. Couldn't work the system and the service was extremely slow. My rental had less than 1/8 of a tank of gas which wasn't even enough to get to my destination. The back of the van was very dirty with stones and gravel. It obviously was not inspected after the last rental or before mine. It was not swept out. The staff member called their manager for help, but he did nothing to fix the challenges. I wouldn't recommend this Uhaul location to anyone. .
