It's the app. Useless. The store sign said open but it was closed. Many people wanted to talk one on one, store did not open. App is just useless to me. I wanted to talk to someone. I went to store on kennelworth. They told me to contact customer service.

Blind spot mirror was cracked to the point where you could not adjust it. Was able to make do tho. The person helping was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

Joe SThey billed me twice!!! I signed the contract when I picked the truck. Total Rental is 77. Upon checking with my online banking, I was billed another 109 dollars even bigger than the original rent fee. I am glad they reversed it otherwise I will be reporting them to the consumer affairs! I will never recommend this location again!!! Scammers spotted!!!!
