Reserved on line.was in and out. Only thing is we should of been told dont drop keys before you do the online return.you need to take pictures of truck and milage! Which we couldnt get milage because we locked truck and dropped the keys So I would recommend them to let you know in advance.other than that was a great experience.
Moving is never fun but renting the uhaul was easy I was in and out in a jiffy.
Location was a little hard to find. Maybe a brighter sign?
Hard to park a 26' truck at this location without disrupting the gas station in front of it. Found a suitable spot, but pretty challenging using 24/7

The online rental process was a joke. The rental location was changed by UHaul twice. Then the phone reps got snotty with us because we didn't agree with the change. I will go somewhere else next time.
As this location was closed during my drop off, I did not interact with the team. The uhaul app/ site for returns was very intuitive and easy to navigate.
had to wait such an uncomfortably long time. the place is so difficult to find and they don't have a parking lot. didn't have the appliance dolly that i needed.
The lockbox wouldn't open and the owner's son happened to come by, I asked for help and he told me to call 1-800-Uhaul and left. Thanks. And that was the wrong number by the way. The truck reeked like an ashtray and fuel reading was wrong.
Smaller uhaul rental place your in and out no waiting. close to my home. Very friendly.
Always pleasant, efficient and easy
The instructions on where to leave the keys after returning the van were not very clear. There was a sign on the lock box saying "don't return the keys here"... but I did anyway because there was nowhere else to do it.
At first the person that dealt with us seem uninterested and took a while before saying anything to us after we got there..she was getting food and opening a package of bread while we stood at the counter waiting for anyone to say anything to us. Otherwise from not being courteous everything was ok
1st time at this location. Good experience. Check in/out was easy. Woman at counter was very pleasant and helpful. All good.

Location is small and hard to see from the street. But the service was excellent!
I wish that the link sent to my phone to the damage photos taken at the pickup location become inactive after a certain time. I couldn't view them before returning the truck. Also I could only find 2 U-Haul black boxes that were labeled do not drop keys here. There wasn't a drop off box like in the video. I had to drop the keys in a slot in the garage door that said drop keys here but didn't specify U-Haul Hope that was correct. I'll call in the a. m. to confirm everything is fine.

Very limited space for dropping off equipment. The entire place is on a postage stamp.
I want to let you know about my experience with this rental. Original rental was out of Orange, CT for 9:00 a.m. on 6/1. The day before I was informed it was moved to New Haven, CT @ 9:00 due to lack of one way rental availability. It was then moved to 10:00 because the vehicle was rented and due back @ 9:15. After waiting 15" before being acknowledged, I was informed that my rental was not available as the current renter was overdue and the facility was overbooked, and there were no other vehicles available. I expressed my displeasure and counter person, other than offer apologizing twice, he made no effort to provide assistance, such as investigating other facilities. I left totally frustrated. I called U-Haul and the person on the phone immediately helped me and found a vehicle at another location 10" away (East Haven, CT). Wish I had gotten her name as she was great. New Haven's service left much to be desired and I will not use nor recommend this facility. East Haven service was excellent.
I received conflicting info on where the drop off location was. I opted in to a discounted location. I received a text message saying to drop off at that location. Then, an hour later received another text with a different location. Which ultimately resulted in me losing the discount. I am in the process of trying to get it rectified.

The U-Haul mobile service was terrible I could not check in for the pick up When it was time to return the truck it literally took me 20 minutes to try to return through Mobile and then extra 15 minutes on hold for a representative because I cannot get it to work trough my phone to return the truck then on top of it they charge meTwo days for the rental I return the vehicle at 11:20 PM and I was having trouble all the way till 12:20 AM trying to return the vehicle I should not be charge the extra day I would never ever use the mobile pick up and drop off worst is experience ever
Everyone was really great at this location, even making sure to pull the truck up and help remove all ice from the roof of the truck. They were very clear about what service they could provide and what to contact UHaul about (VERY important for a customer when dealing with a licensed dealer and not a corporate-owned UHaul entity).

Dropped off a trailer at Ernie & Sons which is located behind a gas station and was a bit difficult to see. Fortunately once located the site appeared clean and well sorted. Drop off after hours was simple. Thanks

This location has charged my card 4 times, all for incorrect charges, due to the service associate failing to actually check the mileage return on the van. I have called the location about this issue, as well as, the field office manager, all who have not resolved my issue. I will be taking my complaints to the BBB and reporting these fraudulent transactions to my bank. This is ridiculous, what should have been a smooth, quick, cost efficient move, turned into an expensive and unprofessional situation. I'll never rent with UHaul again!

I was provided with a like new vehicle , timely and courteous service.
My only issue is that I was charged almost $80 when I pick it up yet my receipt says $39 and I still (three days later) dont have my money back
Truck was not available at 8:00am as requested. Wast told it would not be back until 1pm. Was sent to another location for an 8:30am truck. Arrived had to wait until 8:50am for representative to arrive, even though they open at 8:00am. When I arrived there that is when I received a text saying to go there for an 8:30am pick-up. I was not able to complete my move complete b/c truck was not available at the time requested. I just needed a little more time.

The receptionist was very good at her job and explained what I had to do well. GREAT JOB!
Everything went great. They even hooked up the trailer to my truck while I was completing the paperwork. Everything worked well form lights to brakes and it towed smoothly.
They were very nice and the gentlemen backed the trailer in for me. Easy check out, less than a minute and my receipt was sent to my email. Overall I think U-Haul as a company should have more knowledge or videos of what you can fit in the trailers or what some ideas look like as far as weight, it's really hard to guess those things!
Check the starting gas gauge reading very carefully. My contract document stated the tank was full, but really it was 7/8. In a big truck, this is 5 gallons or more and you will be charged $4.50 /gal. if you don't fill the tank above "F". Its just one of those little annoying ways to boost the bill above what was quoted. Excellent customer service
I scheduled my pick up for 830am as opening is a 830 but no one showed up u til 9am. Once I received the truck they stated it had half a tank of gas but once I got I the truck it only had quarter of a tank. I quickly noted this to the representative before leaving. Had to make a stop to get fuel
They weren't even there! I didn't get the truck! My whole day was ruined and it cost me money! And I just saw they tried to charge me for a truck I didn't use because they weren't there!!!

I gave four stars because I never give five, not much you can do for improvement the service is pretty basic.
Easy to talk to. Negotiable, easiest move I've had!
They overcharged me because I didn't even drive six miles and I even return the truck one hour before the time was up and with more gasoline and they charged me for the first fifty miles out front. And they didn't reimbursed me for the money they overcharged.

A little hard to find, but excellent service. Perhaps a few more detail on how to find it on the web site - it is behind a gas station and not obvious from the road. Other than that, they were great!
Parking area too small to maneuver safely. Rental pick-up was a complete nightmare as the UHaul computer system wasn't working.
