Woman who signed out the pickup truck was very slow and grumpy. Truck had 500 miles on it and was dirty from the last person, water bottles,paper ect. I rented the truck to move a refrigerator, stove and 2 boats for my daughter. There was no trailer slide in hitch with a 2" ball and the electric connector was filled with silicone caulk rendering it disabled . When I called her she said they don't like people using their truck for towing. none of this was disclosed at rental time and The tampering with trailer light hookup, I would think is a violation of ct traffic violation and Dot standards. I would not recommend uhaul from this facility to anyone and plan to report them to Ct DMV and Ct.DOT. Don

KATHLEEN GEverything about this service was terrible, the girl at the counter gave me false information and didn't follow my instructions, I had to drive the car all the way back to the same location because she said there's wa other fees for dropping off at another place and then proceeded to still charge me extra miles... wanted to take a deposite for the vehicle aswell, Everything was just so confusing and ended up being such a rip off.
