Bill H.Will never use this location again, spent over an hour trying to get truck, had to call customer service and they couldn't help either - turns out they gave me the incorrect pin to open the lock box. My friend was trying different combinations and figured it out.
Steven D.The staff was very rude, yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me while asking where to drop key since they were not open when I went to return truck. Online when booking it never said they would be closed. Then I was charged for an additional day for the uhaul even though I returned it on time and talked to someone on the phone about it during closed hours. I had to call to get a refund and the man on the phone said that it must be returned to an open place, which is absolutely false. The online return website did not work properly. I would never return here.
