Jo-Ann RI picked up the truck with a frozen trailer door, the windshield had snow and ice stuck half way up. I was told to go to a car wash to blast the door with hot water to get it into the trailer. Luckily I mentioned it to my neighbor and he came and pried the door open for me. If I would’ve done what I was told the door would’ve been more frozen.

Christopher MWould have been much better if the vehicle would have had the bird dropping removed, from at least on the windshield. The sales rep was very professional and understanding. The truck its self was a POS, rode very rough, worse when loaded, steering pulled hard left, brakes vibrated hard under hard braking and very hard on fuel ($250 / ~500km).
Michael BStaff were very helpful and friendly, but they were smoking outside when we arrived, and when we went into the office to finish up the cigarette smell was very overpowering. It was a bit off putting and unprofessional.

Rudolph FThis location was impossible to find and it was extremely frustrating after a very long drive across Canada. I would suggest placing a UHAUL sign out on Rte 582 where the turnoff to the industrial area is.
CORENA WDropping off the trailer in didsbury on the other hand was terrible there hours of business suck with it only being open 3hrs a day and not providing a after hours phone number most inconvenient and unprofessional and the website for the after hours drop doesn't work well and the people we talked to on the phone at uhaul were very unhelpful so pickup the trailer and the use of the trailer was excellent Dropping off the trailer was terrible I will never us uhaul in didsbury ab again.

KEVIN TI booked / reserved a trailer (8 min’s from my home) one week in advance. A day prior to my pick up date, your representative called my to tell me that your available trailer was no longer 8 minutes from home, is now 2 hours from my home, and the new location was only open 3 hours per day. So not convenient so, disappointing, I would have clearly utilized a different vendor if only you provided me more notice. Trailer worked great, unfortunately your booking process / team failed.
Patrick SWe were charged for 2 days but used the unit for 4 hours. It did get sorted and now we are waiting for a refund. Will see what happens. The service was good, unit was good. No other issues - just overcharged by 170.00.

Frank KNothing against the location, the worker there was very nice and helpful. Would recommend if close to location. I am however disappointed with UHaul customer service since I booked my rental 2 months in advance and was told 2 days before my move that there were no trucks in Calgary for 5 days. This was exactly why I booked in advance. UHaul should accommodate that and figure it out themselves, instead of sending me an hour away to pick up a truck, they could have picked up themselves and brought to Calgary. Or someone should have contacted me way sooner so I could have found an alternative. When I tried to figure out another way instead of driving an hour away, I was told there was no other option and basically it is what it is. There was no compensation, besides it being a cheaper price for driving farther, but no attempt at compensation for gas or my troubles. This caused a lot of headache and stress because this was two days before moving my entire house and I was given no other option. Would not recommend in the future.

DEBBIE GDeb at Ernies RV went above and beyond to make drop off more convenient than the initial procurement done through U Haul phone agents with their limited resources and familiarity with the area. The listed price difference between one way, number of units at nearby depots and return to pick up destination was not justified in this case.

robert wThe gas tank was only half full when we picked up the truck. At the time we thought that would be fine, we will just bring it back with the same amount of gas that it had when we picked it up. The only option for drop off was online. It charged us 70 something dollars for not bringing the truck back with a full tank of gas, even though we made sure it had at least as much gas as it did when we picked it up. We then tried calling the 800 number and were unable to get through to a person. We are not happy.

Doug NWe were told by the pickup location we could drop off at the didsbury location. We called first to make sure that was ok on drop off day, they then charged us $300 for dropping off at the wrong location and also an extra 2 days rental.
Megan MMake "share truck" check in a little more user friendly. The site manager was really friendly and helpful; I was struggling with the self check in process, she came out to my vehicle and offer to help. I am really grateful she was there. Thank you.

keith sHours of operation are terrible Truck i rented was in terrible mechanical condition. Odometer not working properly. Was charged too much mileage. Tank was returned at half full. Manager said it was not . Charged me for gas even though I took a picture of the dashboard! Terrible service!

Timothy CWe could pick up the truck in Calgary. But in the last minute we been told no truck available for us! Finally, we had to pick up the truck in Didsbury which was far away and time-consuming, which delayed our other scheduled things. And before the pick up day, we get confirmed call from U-Haul, said my reservation is ok. So we are really disappoint for this time rental. And We tried to get some rebursment from U-Haul, but the customer service said couldn’t help for that!

David HThe booking process my pick up time and location was changed multiple times the days before my rental. Not Ernie’s rv fault just the uhaul system. Then trying to reach Calgary dispatch to figure out why my pick up location changed to another 30 minutes away, I was diverted to the Vancouver location 2 times it was frustrating.
