We found the inside of the to very dirty in some areas. The windows in the cab were hazy and dirt on the floor. Otherwise vehicle was ok.

Well, the employee had an unfortunate day as they had a family emergency. Which is not their fault. However, we were told several times that there were people on their way. There was about six people waiting ahead of me. Someone finally came 2 1/2 hours later. The service from that person was very good. But I still was charged for my rental in which I did use it however waiting 2 1/2 hours is not good customer service. unfortunately it was the only location that had the trailer that I needed. I have rented from there before and I will probably do so in the future again. However, not a pleasant experience this time.
Jessica BThe inside of the truck cab was filthy and had to be wiped out before even getting in it to drive. The back of the truck was absolutely disgusting, not even swept out. The truck had NONE of the equipment I had rented. I tried to go to another uhaul to get the equipment needed and I was unable to because it only comes with the rental of a truck or trailer, so I got completely screwed over with that. Uhaul provided a refund, however that doesn't provide the equipment that I had rented weeks prior. With doing an out of province move, I was not impressed to say the least.

Melissa JHave the trailer cleaned up and maintained. One light was out, the ratcheting mechanisms for the straps were seized and totally rusted i had to lubricate the hell out of them to get them to work . Hole trailer covered in mud!
