Location didn't have reservation-transferred to other location without telling me, transferred back to original location - Van was dirty, seats covered in hair-human and dog, dents on back of new van that hadn't been documented, floors dirty in van, no receipt sent, additional charges 4 days after van returned. Van returned full of gas, No damage, took additional insurance just in case, 20.00 after hours drop fee not mentioned during pick up and check out. I've used U-Haul many times... Never again.CASEY M.

I originally made a reservation well in advance with a U Haul dealer in my area. When I arrived I was advised they did not have a rental trailer in the size I reserved. They directed me to another dealer 10 miles in the wrong direction that had one. I went there and they could not rent it to me because it was under repair. They directed me to yet another dealer five miles further in the wrong direction. They took care of me after repairing a bunt out bulb. When I was done using it 3 days later I was required to return it to the same remote dealer 15 miles away not the local dealer I originally reserved at to protect my rental rate. Although the serving dealer was good it was ridiculous I had to drive so far to accommodate U Hauls failure to meet my reservation request. Beware of U Hauls lack of equipment. There is no availability guarantee. You may find yourself wasting hours chasing down finding and eventually returning your requested equipment and then having to bend to their contract obligations to protect your rate. Drop site was a garage that I was met at the door by a barking pit bull. Young employee called off the dog, no issues and came out to check the truck in. Kid was polite and efficient after he realized I was a customer and not a wandering homeless guy in the area.Marvin S.

The truck was very dirty. I had to clean the winshield so I could see to drive. Additionally, there was a sign on the door that said all customers must wear a mask per Tucson law, but when I entered one of the gentleman who workS there was not wearing a mask. It's made for a very uncomfortable situation.Peter M.
Employees should wear masks out of respect and to protect the customer. None of the employees wore a mask. Contact free pickup should be contact free. Two employees without masks were involved in this pickup because they had not prepared for my contact free pickup. Keys were not in box and code was wrong. I am beyond dissatisfied. This is my second bad experience with uhaul during the pandemic. My health has potentially been compromised. I am so careful. If I get covid it will likely be traced back to this uhaul experience.MERLE D.

The 10' truck I rented had some obvious issues that needed to be serviced, including problems with shifting in low gears and sputtering while breaking. Given the low mileage of the engine, this truck has been unfortunately neglected. I recommend test driving after each customer or more frequent servicing to ensure safety.Kevyn J.

Filthy van inside and out. I paid for equipment (2 wheel dolly) that was not included. Other than automated communication, there was no communication or acknowledgment at all.Robert G.

folks at Erv's were awesome...answered all my questions in advance and day of rental. the only clunky part of the process was the return via the website, which tells you you'll take/upload photos yet that step did not occur resulting in three tries (each successful i was told) to return the equipment.Robert A.

The only problem I had was that I couldn't check the vehicle back in after work hours. The app AND the website kept telling me the reservation number wasn't correct. I returned the vehicle at 8:15 (due back at 8:45) and left the keys in the lockbox.Juliana C.

They have limited opening hours and returning the vehicle was a problem because the key would not fit in the slot of the return box. U-Haul telephone customer service was totally useless. The lady at U-Haul acted is it was my problem / fault that the key didn't fit, rather than try to solve the problem. Very poor customer service.Slawomir B.
The check-in/our times should match those of the store. I arrive at 7am because that's the time I scheduled my pick-up and come to find out the place didn't open for another hour. Sucks when you're on a schedule and it's listed as a 24/7 pickup option.Natalie R.

Neighborhood dealer did a great job. The only thing I wish for is for UHaul to put tongue jacks on their trailers. It is very difficult to hitch a large trailer with a heavy tongue weight and no jack.Jeffrey E.

I wish the price was less. The milage is a killer. I would like to rent more often from uhaul but sincd the prices are so high i dont use u often. Maybe next time the prices could be a little cheaper or a flat rate of some kind. Anyway the location was great. Good customer service.Dakota P.
