Drop off the UHaul trailer was very easy. No paperwork to fill out, the process was able to be performed electronically so no paperwork to lose!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkBetter communication between the corporate scheduling office and the local business. I specifically chose the local U Haul business I rented the U Haul equipment from as it was close. After going to this local U Haul business in person and coordinating the requirements to reserve the U Haul equipment I needed, I later received a text from the U Haul corporate scheduling office that changed my reservation to a different UHaul business all the way on the other side of town. I had to return to the local U Haul business I visited earlier so they could correct the reservation to be assigned to the location I desired. Throughout the process the staff at the local U Haul business were very professional, friendly, responsive and helpful- thank you!!!!
francisco rVery strange that the trailers are just sitting in a parking lot waiting to be stolen. Besides that, it was a good location. Maybe U-Haul has GPS on their trailers and doesn't worry about theft?
