GPS wouldn't find the location! Spent 30 min on the phone with idiot who couldn't understand. How many fools make a company?

Travis LReturned trailer on a Sunday, was not open. Only problem was, there was no return box labeled U Haul. So I put paperwork in the key drop off mail slot. It’s also a body and paint shop.

Mark GI was not told upon dropping off my trailer at this location that I my bill would be 4x higher than returning it to the pick up location. Had this been made know I would have driven back. I also did not receive a bill at the time of turning it in and received an email invoice about a half hour later. When I saw the charge I called to complain and was given the regional manager's number to contact him and did so and have not received a call back.

Ronald LThe lockbox was not functional and it took us more than 35 minutes to open the box to get the keys to the truck. They need a new lock on the box ASAP. Also, when I called for help the lady was unfriendly and didn’t bother to stay on the line until we had retrieved the keys.
April BIt was hard to find the key drop off box. Other than that, was very pleased.

KRYSTN RMy daughter dropped off the truck and car trailer, and they would not even drive the car off of the trailer for her, she had to do it herself!! They moved but online it still lists Celina Rd.!
June OTrent made sure my trailer was there ..even brought it himself. Guy at the shop friendly. And hooed me up and was on the way..

david mThe truck worked out great. Unfortunately the check in online didn't go well. 1st told to oicknup celina store n lock, wasn't there but the lady was able to get us a truck in st marys ohio🙂. Then came check in😔waited 35 min said alternate contact didn't answer but she did. Had to call and get taken care of but July the customer service rep was very helpful. Then when we turned in truck and filled out the info we didn't even use any gas but was charged $21 and we shouldn't have had to pay that. I showed that in one of the many pictures it asked to take. Please make this right. But over all I would use again. Thank you.
Jean PAfter Pump n Pack was incredibly unhelpful and didn’t even have my order although it was confirmed at their address, Es body shop was quick and had great customer service. Definitely the better pick of the two locations.
JENNA LPlace was closed. Had to put key beside planter box. Lock box had no place to put key in
Barrett KYour app is complete shit I couldn’t take pictures of my odometer to complete the transaction. I had to talk to 3 different people one of which implied I was stupid and didn’t know how to take a picture of the odometer. There is no drop box for the key so I have to return tomorrow during business hours to return the damn key. This is complete bullshit and will no longer be using U-Haul ever again. I should ask for a fucking refund for all my damn troubles I’ve had with everything. Piss poor fucking company you all have.

Daniel RWe rented a trailer. They helped us get it hooked up and made sure all lights were working properly. When we returned it, they were immediately outside with us, ready to unhook the trailer before we go out of our vehicle. Great service!
