I wanted a local rental in St. Marys, but I was told there wasn't a local return option, so I had to rent it as a one-way to Celina. The sign advertises $19.95 for a local truck, but I wasn't given that option. Can you review my rental and see if an adjustment is appropriate?

I dropped the equipment off, but would have liked them to at least be open on a Saturday so I could have called to let them know my status. They are also closed Sunday. Not very convenient for picking up ot returning.
Tricia DLocation was not open and had vehicle panels laying aro7nd and no clear drop off area.
DAVID BI requested an appliance dolly and there wasn't one! I had to scramble on a Saturday to try to find one! No answer, just an A I generated response. I was very disappointed and inconvenienced due to this situation. Of course I was credited for it, but that didn't make my move an easier.
