The employee was very kind & worked to help us, but the location was not one we selected - we were rerouted here the evening before pick up. There were three other loactions much closer so I'm unsure why Uhaul moved us here. The unit was not pulled out for us. It was set back in the grass/woodline & we were attacked by bugs trying to hook it up. It had a flat tire & we were unable to use it but didn't even discover it had a flat tire due to the grass. The representative switching us over to another unit did her best, but took a little bit of time and we were late to our original appointment. The locking mechanism didn't hold well & opened when transporting items. I had to stop, reload items that fell out of the unit, and buy a padlock in order for it to stay secured. I've rented with uhaul several times & this was by far the worst experience we've had.

TERRY CPick up and Drop off were complicated and not very clear directions on site. And the dolly I paid for was not on the truck.
Joseph HAllow pictures to be uploaded to return app. I was exhausted when I returned my rental and took pictures and deposited keys before opening the return app. It was my fault but the return app would not let me proceed without taking pictures and would not allow uploading. Otherwise my experience was excellent! Awesome location.
DAVID WThe previous renter of the vehicle failed to return the vehicle with a 1/4 tank of gas and we were forced to gas the vehicle to 1/4 tank prior to returning or we would be hit with extra charges. The vehicle was dispatched with 3/16 of a tank. We drove 17 miles and would not have needed to add fuel to return it at the level it was dispatched with. This is unacceptable!!! Fueling the vehicle to the proper level prior to the next renter is the responsibility of the center and U-HAUL, not the next renter!!!!! I demand answers!!!

JOHN JDespite of having a reservation for over a week for a particular truck ,received a email 30 minutes prior to picking up that they are putting me in a bigger truck .The truck made a knocking sound barely wanted to speed up and felt like I was driving sideways had to return it for a van ,I'm having to wait on them to deposit my money back for one truck and had to pay for the van on top of having done paid over 100 for a truck that I didn't even use .This location is nice and the people that work there are very nice but I just don't like I will ever use u haul again to much of a run around even after putting a reservation

Mark JI have used several different UHAUL authorized dealers in the past some good some not so good. I will be using this location in Mt Holly NC from now on. They have a very good selection of trucks and trailers. Secret, Bill and Paul are very knowledgeable about the equipment, they were very helpful and polite. I was really surprised about how clean the inside of the trailers was most of the time i have had to clean it before i could use it. To sum it up this is a great representation for the UHAUL brand.

ANDREW RThe van I rented was the only one available, so I had to travel a little farther than usual to a U-Haul and appreciated the corporate representative's help in locating a van. While checking the van for damages, I mentioned the side window had dog nose smears on it, and the only response to that was, “we think the previous renters lived in the van for a few days”. The cloth seats in the van were filthy with dog hair. The gentleman was kind and tried to clean them better for me, even though I said I am fine renting a box truck if it would be easier for him. He said he didn't mind cleaning the seats. They were better than they were, but still not satisfactory. While driving away in the van, I was able to see the condition of the cab’s windows...they were filthy...the dash window looked as though it was wiped with a very wet towel and dried with water spots and streaks. The side windows had dog nose smears all over them. The cup holders were also dirty. This isn't the first time I have rented a vehicle from U-Haul that was surprisingly dirty, and this time was the worst. I do not understand why U-Haul and the location representatives do not take pride in their product. If the purpose of the van wasn’t urgent, I would have canceled the reservation. My experiences with U-Haul make me wonder how Corporate would respond if they actually had to rent a vehicle in such condition. To rent from U-Haul again, I will have to be desperate.
Georgina DI was overcharged $15 for Safe Move coverage that I opted out (declined) when I made the reservation. I have requested the refund, but have not heard from the location
MELLENA BThe folks at Esprit Event Logistics are great. Patient and they answer questions before they are asked. This was the best driving U-Haul truck I've ever had. Even with 81k miles, it was relatively quiet, no rattles and handled great.

Lisa GI wad charged for a extra day and other fees that I did not ask for I had to go to another location that was 12 miles more then where I ordered my uhaul and that's 24 miles more then I had to go and got no credit for that. I had to file a claim for the overcharged too

Clifford SShow all charges at booking. Require franchisees to present all paperwork at time of booming. Require them to adjust gas gauge to accurate at time of rental so you do not get another unreasonable charge as I did. The truck was clean but the check engine light was on from the start. The manager said not to worry about it it had been checked and was fine. There was 8-10' play in the steering indicating a need for front end work.
