Have better signs where to go. Pickup was a disaster that took 2 hours. There was no one there, the sign to the office led to a locked building. No one answered the phone. No one set up our account for mobile check-in even though that's what the lady on the 800-number told us to do. We had trouble getting the lockbox open. Then after all that, the dollie in our contract was not in the truck and we had to drive all the way to the Gastonia location to get one. Not a good first experience with U-Haul. The truck was very nice though so we appreciated that.

Difficulty with uploading pictures of the truck, remoteness of the location, no place for the lock, no local help phone number. Overall a quite frustrating experience.

Kathy WI filled out app info and submitted it and dropped off keys. WiFi was pathetic. I waited for info to go through and after while it said it failed. Called 800 number and they documented it but told me I should have also tried website. Told me it was up to location if they wanted to charge me 20 manual checking fee. Once again pathetic app
