FIrst, the reservation process is a nightmare. It would not allow me to reserve the trailer for the number of days I needed it. The pick up location would not answer their phone, U-haul customer service said to request it when I pick it up. I didn't want to pick it up and then not be able to use it for the number of days I needed it. A couple days later, I called U-haul customer service again and they changed the date. Second, the pick up location didn't know what they were doing. They also changed my drop off location to another city. The weren't even set up properly to process the rental in a timely manner. This whole process was very stressful.
