This place was a bit scary! When we parked the truck there was what appeared to be a customer sitting in front of the shop. He told us to go around back that was where the owner was. The owner had a very thick foreign accent and was a little difficult to understand but was friendly. He did get us checked out in a very timely manner.

Malysa SSelf service was not available and UHaul customer support couldn't assist either because the padlock code was different than what UHaul has in file. Overall terrible, wasted over an hour trying to get the truck only to postpone my plan a whole day.
