The truck was clean but had minor damage inside the box. We documented it so it wasn't an issue for me. The staff was friendly but they didn't really seem to know what they were doing and were pushing for me to use the app instead of them doing it. When I returned the truck, I asked if there was anything I needed to do and the same employee, again, was unsure of the process. It left me with an uneasy feeling as I left the location that something was incomplete and I'd be hit with some hidden charge. Thankfully that didn't happen but it took about 5 hrs to receive the receipt email and get that assurance.

Check in agent did not know what he was doing. I booked originally for Guelph and was sent here to get the equipment. Then I was charged for the extra KMs that were imposed on me by YOUR change in location.
