Terrible service, didn't answer after i picked up the truck and needed help. Overcharged me unreasonably. I asked for a certain drop off location, he put the wrong location on the contract. Ended up having to pay extra. Spoke to a representative and he was incredibly rude. I have proof of everything and they still didnt help.

Nick OThe trailer left light didn’t work due to a faulty wire. I have to play with the wires to get the light to work. I had to show and explain to the guy how to properly hook up trailer chains.
Robert KThe person behind the counter girl told me it would be tommorow before I would get the drop off invoice, there was no help unhooking trailer no jack available I had to lift the weight by hand told to pull around back
CHRISTOPHER RIt is nice and easy to access location however there is no clarity where to drop the keys after hours.
