Charged us for 1 more day than we rented it for because they "forgot" to check us in. Called us at 7am the morning of pick up to push our rental so their friends could rent it to go to Calgary from under us. We said NO! All extremely unprofessional and robbery! VERY dissatisfied!!!!!!

It took a long time to get the truck and it was quite a bit beyond where I had wanted to pick it up. Unfortunately I had no other options. I tried for a month to get a truck out of Hinton and there was always some snafu that made it so it wouldn't work. Specifically I could not do virtual pick-up because the location didn't have the lock. GET A LOCK. The person in Niton was friendly and helpful but picking it up there did create extra costs and hassle. Having to drive the truck west to Hinton in order to load it and drive it back to Edmonton was at least $40.00 extra dollars in fuel as well as adding time to the trip as the truck does not perform like my car.

Renting this trailer made me never want to rent from uhaul ever again... id rather buy my own trailer than have to deal with your employees and customer service representatives.

Was Dropping off a car hauler & the guy said I had to take to edson until I showed him my drop off location on the receipt. Then he could not give me my deposit back & basically said I had to call uhaul to get my money do not recommend

Origininal pickup location was Whitecourt. Please make sure website shows accurate trucks available at pickup locations

The Niton Junction pickup went well but The Hinton location at Jeles Gas & Grocery where I originally scheduled my pickup was terrible. I was treated poorly, their UHaul hours are limited, and I had to travel 1.5 hours to Niton Junction to pick up a different unit because the owner refused to process the U-Haul after 3 pm (UHaul hours) even though the store was open and the owner was present. Find another provider for your Hinton UHaul pickups.

Well the gentleman that served me used his own Esso Extra Points card to benefit from my rental, the truck CAB was not clean. This was NOT supposed to be my original pick up location and I ended up having to backtrack to get to my original location. I was supposed to be credited more miles allowed to avoid a mileage charge, but was charged anyway, so I didn't get the credit apparently.
