Was Dropping off a car hauler & the guy said I had to take to edson until I showed him my drop off location on the receipt. Then he could not give me my deposit back & basically said I had to call uhaul to get my money do not recommendCameron D.

The Niton Junction pickup went well but The Hinton location at Jeles Gas & Grocery where I originally scheduled my pickup was terrible. I was treated poorly, their UHaul hours are limited, and I had to travel 1.5 hours to Niton Junction to pick up a different unit because the owner refused to process the U-Haul after 3 pm (UHaul hours) even though the store was open and the owner was present. Find another provider for your Hinton UHaul pickups.Brad M.
Well the gentleman that served me used his own Esso Extra Points card to benefit from my rental, the truck CAB was not clean. This was NOT supposed to be my original pick up location and I ended up having to backtrack to get to my original location. I was supposed to be credited more miles allowed to avoid a mileage charge, but was charged anyway, so I didn't get the credit apparently.Geoffrey C.

I don't feel like enough mileage was allowed for pickup, travel, and dropoff. I did not double check the miles before I left and I had to pay extra when I dropped the vehicle off. I had just rented a vehicle about two weeks prior from the Kingstree area to go to Rock Hill and I had no problems when I turned the vehicle in. I am not understanding what went wrong.Tonya H.

We were told we could not pick up equipment until after 4:30pm, because there would be no one there to do the paper work. When we arrived at 5:00pm we had to wait another hour before some one finally showed up that could do the paperwork. Then the person had multi problems with using the computer program. We have used U-Haul many times for moving during the past 30 years, and were very disappointed with our experience. This pick up point was obviously not ready for business, and did not perform in the manner in which we know U-Haul is capable.ALFRED T.
