U haul, You guys suck. You gave me a broken truck and said you would give me 50% of my money back. This is from your district service rep Sam cell #519 614 4183. I called well in advance for rental of 26ft truck from your head office. There was no truck there when I arrived because your booking was off by a month. The representative said there would be no charge for extra mileage and then you charged me for it anyways. Overall very poorly run company full of lies and false promises. Wouldn't recommend this nightmare to anyone!! Absolutely brutal rip off artists.Brad W.

I lost a lot of time and money in this rental. It was a complete mess from the original location not being able to provide access to the truck to the delayed and down sizing of the truck. The worst ever and now I have to pay to U-Haul for messing up my move!!!BAHAEE K.
When I was ordering the truck the person from uhaul got my Gmail account wrong Person behind counter no help at esso said there was nothing he could do to help fill out the app told me to call someone to help Site has very poor internet service unable to connect to wi fi to complete uhaul app & was told no app no truck& Call someone who can help that he was unable to help Had to call family member from Brantford to come & drive around until we got wi fi service to fill out app This took approximately 1 hour Once the app was filled out I was told the truck had a quarter tank of gas in it turned out it was only an eighth of a tank & had no choice but to fill the tank at Esso Again person at Esso said there was nothing he could do "I can't change the info on the computer " This person did not want to help & didn't care if the truck was rented or not We are in a pandemic & the truck had coffee stains on the console & cloths strewn around the cargo areascott L.
the worst customer service I have ever had maybe some of it is U-Haul procedure not sure will be a dark day if I have to use U-Haul againron C.
Better location ( cell service was poor, made pick up process take 1 hr) closer to home would be ideal (had a 50min drive to pick up truck)Tyrone F.

Disappointed in my U-Haul experience the last 2 times. Tthey need to have someone at the counter that knows how to deal with U-Haul. The store employee had no idea what to do, she called her boss and asked him to come in. My truck was booked for 9am and I left this location at 950. All U-Haul locations should have someone knowledgeable, especially when a truck is booked from their location.John C.
Mobile dead-zone. Very difficult to do an after hours pick-up. Luckily my brother in law had a newer phone that seemed to pick up the signal better. Wifi was inside at the store, but the attendant didn't know the password. Wifi password posted at the pick up would make this a 5 star.Michael W.

You had me drive an hour out of my way to pick the truck up. It should have been brought to a location near me aka in Burlington. Having said that your representative cut me some slack on miliage and let me have the truck a day earlier which was useful. Lol in all my uhaul rentals I've never had a truck that didn't have the check engine light on!DONALD G.
The location did not report that the truck arrived right on time. I also filled up gas well above what I was supposed to and I got charged $25 for gas after the fact. I am not happy with Oakland.Jeannine L.
Friendly help but upon my arrival at home and opening the back door of the truck I found that the floor was quite oily, at the entrance especially, and I found several small pieces of glass in one of the front corners. I ended up doing a complete sweep of the back and laying down drop sheets where I was placing some items I did not want to have any kind of oily residue on. I did mention this to the employee in Belleville where I dropped the truck off and he was very apologetic and informed me that he would be passing along my concern. Apart from that the truck ran well and everyone I dealt with was helpful. It was unfortunate that I did not think to check the back of the truck before leaving the Scotland location. Truck floor was greasy which was a slipping hazard. Also, picked up the key at the end of business on Monday because the office would not be open early enough on Tuesday (8am) Returned on Tuesday afternoon and charged 2 days. I did not have the vehicle for 2 days. The process to book and return took far too long.William L.
Need to improve ur online service and equipment. I waited from 11:00 till after 1:00 for ur computer to work and then still had to drive to another location 25 min. away to get the right truck. Lot of wasted time.Helen E.
