1. Was given inaccurate directions as to returning vehicle. 2. Service from location I attempted to return to was the worst I have ever experienced. Was first told to go take a picture of odometer as they were too busy. Then told I had to return to original location ( despite being told otherwise at the time of rental) Then asked the to call customer service to resolve - agent , and I quote said ‘ he didn’t care, about my concerns and would charge me an additional $500 if I didn’t return to the original location. I was at that time told by the store operator that she was hanging up because it was her personal phone and was costing her money. Worst experience I have ever received in my life!

Reserved a Uhaul via the app on July 3, went to pick it up on the 6th and they had no record of the rental. To top it off the employee basically spoke no formal English and had to FaceTime the store owner for help. They were having communication issues so I ended up having to sit down and the computer and fill out ALL of the paper work myself while the employee played on his phone and helped other customers.
