The inside of the truck was clean but the driver cabin was dusty and flor was muddy (probably from previous day torrential rain if it was used a day before). The service at the pick up and drop off was very courteous and professional so it make the whole rental pleasant. Overall I find u-hall very reliable to deal with whenever I used their services that was problem free experience.

John HHave trucks fully loaded with gas and then drivers top it up with what they use would make it easier. The truck was on empty when I picked it up.
