I called when we arrived in Ann Arbor and asked if I could bring the uhaul back. The guy said sure, he was there. He didn't tell me I would be charged $20 for after hour drop off. I could have easily dropped it off the next day.

Dealer was leaving when I arrived. Did not know I was picking up. Then left property before I confirmed all information on the vehicle check in. Very stressful experience

Hard to take a left turn out of this location, but the fellow there was extremely pleasant and helpful. And, if you only need the truck, it was fine. If you need anything else for moving, you would have to go across the steeet.
