This place was great! I received all the help I needed. One comment was that the store was supposed to open at 9, but the person opening did not arrive until 910/915. However, overall not a big issue and I appreciated the help I received! He took care of me, gave me a great truck, and furniture pads in excellent condition.

james gI was not notified beforehand that 2 forms of ID are required, and this caused some panic at pickup. Uhaul needs to notify customers who are from out of town that they will need to provide an additional form of ID or contact ahead of time, to avoid last minute problems.
