In the directions to the location, I would give more details on how to get to the location of the pickup. The side road can be confusing depending on the direction you are coming from or if you pick up truck at night. Otherwise, great straightforward experience.

Bill, the manager charged me for an extra day despite the uhaul representative adding me additional 4 hours as courtesy since the unloading guys I booked using uhaul app landed late by 2 hours.He insisted that there’s no mention of ’free’ hours when the rep added those hours. This begs the question of why was the reservation only extended for 4 hours and not for a day?!! This location closes at 4:30 pm. When I arrived at the location to drop off at 7:15, I had to struggle finding a parking spot.

I reserved uhaul in Alpharetta then had to go to Cummings to get it. Had to wait for half an hour for sales person to show up

Please have all the equipment requested OR communicate with the customer before they show up to pick up rental equipment. I had to run around to get equipment from another of your locations. Waste of time and gas.

Ensure 24/7 check in is working as planned. I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes with uhaul in order to get the online check it to work. Otherwise all was good.

Truck smelled of cigarette smoke. Fine the users that leave it that way. Spent 3 days in a smelly truck

My reservation was at 9, but I waited an hour for them to open the doors. The owner and his wife appear to be the only ones working there, and they were delayed by small traffic accident. I will not rent from Uhaul again if I have to pick up vehicle here

Took a very long time to get checked in. The parking lot is NOT flat, so when returning a trailer during off hours you need to try and find room to park it sideways or find a rock to keep it from rolling. The only flat area was being used by a very large boat they had on their property.
