Not very happy about returning my uHaul trailer within an hour of taking it and uHaul would not change my rental date because my renter got COVID and can not move out when he said he would because he is quarantaned at home. So we had to return the trailer, and so we did not use it, and uHaul won't give us back our money nor shift the rental date, even though we returned the trailer within the hour. Poor customer service from uHaul. Return my money. Or at least charge me for one day only instead of the full charge. It's not my fault our renter got COVID.

The vendor needs a signs to locate the rental pickup/drop off from the interstate. Additional directional sign to the shop from the interstate is sorely needed
People are nice but it's filthy
I mean, I got the job done but this place is filthy. I thought it interesting that U-Haul would contract with them
small but helpful.
Filthy location and equipment was not ready. I had to stop at another location and get a light cord fro another auto transport for the one I rented.
Over crowded with equipment, the nearest gas station was 10 miles away. The truck was cleaned upon our arrival, it was difficult to pull out of the area due to small access.
Dont smoke in front of customers, bury your dead dog, dont talk poorly about competitors business.

While I had a great experience with the guy at this location I had made a reservation in Gallup New Mexico for a 10 foot truck. U Haul called me at 8 AM telling me I needed to go 50 miles back the direction I had come to get at larger truck that they "upgraded" me for free. I needed a cargo van for the quantity of things I was moving. INstead I had to pay a cab $60 to drive to me to another state, then I got to enjoy paying about 20% more on gas than I needed to. The people involved at the store front were great. Coporate Uhaul however, has ensured it will be a long long time before I use uhaul again.
I was overcharged by almost 100 miles. I did not drive that far.
Very accommodating
Get the phone number right in the computer. I tried calling the number on the contract several times, no answer. When I dropped off the truck, I saw the phone numbers on the sign outside we're both different.
