Found it strange that the gas tank was only at half-full. People really don't want to add a trip to the gas station during day of moving. I can understand it when you are done for the day to fill the tank back up to full. Other than that, a good truck and smooth move.

The lady at the desk was very snide and condescending. We drove like 4 miles and she wanted us to drive to a gas station and replace the 4 miles worth of gas. That would have been another mile there and one mile back which made no sense. The truck was fine but there is only one size available.

Truck had soda spill in the cup holder and wasn't very clean. I reserved a appliance dolly and they didn't even have one, had to go to a 2nd location to get it. Person at the first location said I was going to be charged for it. And all I would have to do is pick it up turns out I wasn't and had to go through the whole thing of being charged again.

Better customer service. The lady who was working the desk was absolutely horrible in dealing with me. Very rude,abrubt, and told me I should move to the place that I was moving to.

The technician that took care of me was helpful, but the managers customer service was not all that good. He was using his cell phone at the counter, texting while I waited for about a minute, which I thought was rude.

Very rude , Didn't give furniture protection even though I paid for it, Charged for an entire extra day because I was late due to bad traffic/accident Oh and did I say she had a bad attitude

The woman who "helped" us was very rude. She insisted on seeing a military ID and would not accept a valid driver's license that said military on it. The truck we rented died and the oil light came on as we pulled into the driveway of our apartment complex, blocking the entire entrance. Luckily I was able to get the truck restarted and back to uhaul to exchange for a different truck. We had the first truck for less than 15 minutes. I won't even discuss wait time because I've said enough already. I won't be using this uhaul office again.

The gas tank was at 7/8 full and it cost me $15.12 to fill it up for 5.8 gallons. My total mileage was 15 miles so I should have received a credit but the manager was out of the office when I returned the vehicle and the door was locked and no one was available to help. The driver side sun visor was broken and kept swinging out to distract my vision. Vehicle smelled of strong cigarette smoking.

The lady was rather rude because we was 15 minutes late. She also complaining about a different person not leaving keys and how she was charging them 3000. Truck was dirty and kept me from using hand truck

Lady who processed my rental was tremendously rude about trying to sell Uhaul insurance, though I had told her my insurance covered a truck rental. She was almost insistent on the fact that it didn't.

The truck was leaking from the rivets in the upper side wall of the box. When I called the U-Haul customer service number, service was poor. (*The associates at the storage facility I rented from were great, my experience with corporate Uhaul was awful) I was told the closest truck to switch out to was in Lynnwood, and that I would be responsible for the extra mileage to get the other truck... from Everett. No offer was made to make it up to me, save for a phone number to call for their insurance company to hopefully cover the water damage from the first trip. I will never use uhaul again, and I will be recommending my friends and co-workers do the same.

The rep at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. The truck interior had not been cleaned or well maintained and the cargo area was caked with mud and dirt. Would not recommend this location to a friend. Perhaps another one will have better customer service.

The U-Haul was not swept out. The light inside the box truck didn't work. The latch on the roll up cargo door was hard to operate, because it was damaged

These charges that were charged on my card where I was unaware of and I don't appreciate getting an additional days worth of charges and then adding additional charges when I had my own insurance is not cool. I do not think that U-haul is a wonderful company at all I think that you guys are awful and that you guys don't know how to communicate with your customers exactly what happens when you have cleaning fees and all sorts of stuff so I don't appreciate it. & I would never ever recommend U-haul and I will never be using U-haul again when I move always budget or some of the moving company because you guys are awful and unprofessional and do not know how to treat your customers right especially after you charge your card 440. And then not to mention when the customer comes and confused about charges on the card you want threatened to call the police on them because they're African American I don't appreciate that. Anyone will come back upset when after seeing that their card was charged $400.

Stacey was the representative that assisted me with the rental she was extremely rude and unprofessional. The morning of my return I called to inform her I may need an extra hour for my rental and she proceeded to yell at me telling me she would contact law enforcement alleging Grand Theft Auto were her exact words. I told her I would contact uhaul customer service which I did and the representative was extremely friendly and helpful readjusting my rental until noon. I will never recommend anyone to do business with this individual retailer. Uhaul has a reputation of friendly and professional service and Stacey does not maintain the integrity uhaul promises.

Hire a different manager. From the moment we walked it Stacy let us know we were an annoyance- she is the manager of a STORAGE facility and renting uhaul trucks is beneath her. I think she was annoyed b/c we got there 15-20mins early and she told us to come back in 20mins and she would help us; obviously expecting us to wait outside. Instead we waited in the store while she took a smoke break outside with a friend. WHen it became obvious we weren't leaving she came back in and rented the truck to us very nastily. She told me that there would be an $100 hold on our credit card- but authorized about $230 instead. Our total bill on check out was $120; but we have to wait on the $230 to be released. She was just very petty and passive aggressive. I would recommend not using this location for uhaul rentals- we picked it b/c it was within walking distance of our home but in retrospect I would use a real uhaul location and deal with the hassle of getting a friend to drive my car back home for me(while I drive uhaul). The equipment was in good condition but Stacy refused to document any of the dings & scratches on the truck for me before rental.

not happy I was charged for gas. By your records we went 6 miles and I out over 5 bucks back in. The attendant apparently is claiming that it was under and needed an additional 1.9 gallons of gas. If so this mean your vehicle get about 2 miles per gallon. I did not and will not put gas in to a vehicle when I already put in gas and it was full on the meter. Attendant put it just above 7/8. This is not correct. Not disputing the miles went but seriously not pleased with being charged over 9 bucks when I provided my receipt as well.

Send all your customers to THIS uhaul location. The service was literally a million times better than my last experience where in one day I had to visit two separate locations and received the equipment 5 hours late (among other problems). I will be renting from this location exclusively in the future.

I reserved the equipment one day prior to pick up date and pick up time. When did an online check in, my pickup time was change. Called the office, I was told there was too many activities so my time was bumped up. Did not understand that. What if I walk in 10 minutes before my pick up? It's totally defeat the purpose. I called just to make sure where the office, the person told me to pass this and that and I got it. Then her last question question to me was "is there something I can help you with? What?, I was a bit upset.

i took more than an hour to get the service , (i had online reservation) the guy in charge had computer issues to process my order also charges were not as expected. please review my case.. i really want to get a charge back if you want me again as a customer or refer a friend

My husband had to wait over an hour to check out the van. He arrived at the specified time, 4:15pm, waited in line for over half an hour and was asked if he was there to pick up a scheduled truck. The clerk was in the process of giving the online preordered van to someone else, when the clerk asked if my husband was there to pickup a scheduled truck. I would have preferred to write a great review.
