Taha SI had an outstanding experience with Al! I told him that I wish all service providers delivered services as he does. He was genuinely humbled by my compliment, but I meant every word. For anyone looking to rent a U-Haul, I wholeheartedly recommend this location. A fun tidbit: I was considering purchasing packing tape, and Al advised me against a particular type that isn’t recommended for boxes. I decided to ignore his advice to save a few dollars, but I ended up regretting that choice later! Overall, Al’s expertise and customer service made a significant difference in my rental experience

HANSEL LWe had some last minute corrections done by corporate reservations and Al, the local rep at our new pick up location, called us proactively the day before to make sure of our pickup time and to assure us that our vehicle was there and ready to go. This was a great relief since sometimes people don't return on time and that's stress nobody needs on moving day. Al's dog Liam was another great stress reducer and playfully entertained my daughter while we finalized the pickup paperwork. Smooth operation with the best customer service possible! Every location should be like this.

BIANCA AIn comparison to other uhaul locations this one was tiny and part of a hardware store rather than a proper uhaul location. The van had dents on the side and the check oil soon light was on. Other than that the pick up and drop off was efficient and easy and Al was very pleasant to work with at pick up and drop off. Convenient location near the Everett extra space storage unit we were using.

Daniel GI've never had so much trouble in one place in such a short time. I needed the truck on October 15th, I booked it 3 DAYS BEFORE and they called me a day later saying that I would have to pick it up in another city because it wasn't available ON THE DAY I SCHEDULED IT. The least they could have done for my wasted time was a discount or for someone to pick up the truck. I needed the truck again this week, I only picked it up again from you because it was the only place that accepted 8AM pickup via cell phone, I arrived to pick it up and a message appeared on my app that I should wait for the store to open at 9AM, I had a appointment to pick up my furniture that I got and was going to lose all the furniture if it didn't arrive on time. Thanks to the kindness of the man who was in the store I didn't lose everything! this is insane
Lilian NUhaul app was not functioning at time of pick up. app is not as easy as video suggests, especially when it doesn't work when you need it, luckily the store owner was on site and was very helpful.

THOLINIO JMy U-Haul experience with Al Lattanzi at Everett Supply and True Value Hardware was terrific. He could tell that I was stressed about my recent move and did he went above and beyond to get me the right truck at the right time. We had to switch moving day at the last minute and Al accommodated us. The day before the move we realized that we needed a bigger truck and went out of his way to find us one. He's very helpful and calmed me down with some funny stories. I would highly recommend Al Lattanzi if you need help with U-Haul. Five Stars!!!
Jill Mno gas. it was was 3/8 of a tank. i was. told i had to put it to a 1/4 of a. tank plus what i used. the truck smelt of smoke. the guy was very unprofessional i will never rent from there again. i will also let my friends now the same

Al patiently assisted me with return instructions, and made sure that I was satisfied with the truck and that I felt comfortable in the drivers seat. The truck was clean and in excellent condition, I felt very safe! Thank you very much Al, it was a pleasure working with you and I enjoyed talking to you!

Luis mI will be renting from this location in the future, the owner of the store has excellent customer service and the store is organized, and clean. Finding Parking for my vehicle was difficult, I recommend letting a future customer know to have someone else drop them off or to let them know there isn’t parking available for their vehicle in advance, there is only street parking and it’s a busy Main Street. Otherwise, I recommend this location.
