I've never had so much trouble in one place in such a short time. I needed the truck on October 15th, I booked it 3 DAYS BEFORE and they called me a day later saying that I would have to pick it up in another city because it wasn't available ON THE DAY I SCHEDULED IT. The least they could have done for my wasted time was a discount or for someone to pick up the truck. I needed the truck again this week, I only picked it up again from you because it was the only place that accepted 8AM pickup via cell phone, I arrived to pick it up and a message appeared on my app that I should wait for the store to open at 9AM, I had a appointment to pick up my furniture that I got and was going to lose all the furniture if it didn't arrive on time. Thanks to the kindness of the man who was in the store I didn't lose everything! this is insane

Uhaul app was not functioning at time of pick up. app is not as easy as video suggests, especially when it doesn't work when you need it, luckily the store owner was on site and was very helpful.
