Storage very muddy after rain with standing water. RV’s in many of the assigned spaces sink in as much as 6 inches, had to request an alternate site because of difficulty getting out mud. The gravel area leading to the spaces needs to be graded has large areas of standing water for long periods of time.

When I moved out of the facility before I could call during business hours to let them know that my unit was empty a receipt had already been emailed to me verifying that I had moved out. I was very impressed with how on top of things the staff was. If I ever need to rent another storage unit again, I will definitely be back.

Recently front gate was left open and property unsecured for months due to broken front gate. Grass and weeds grow in rutted and pothole un maintained gravel parking area and lawn mowers spray outside storage vehicles with grass, mud and rocks damaging property.
