Location for pickup had no Internet to get reservation. It took us nearly an hour to get into the truck after calling customer service the lady did not know what to do or how to help us and was very rude on the phone. The business that we picked up from was closed. With no internet. And nobody to contact with an issue. After finally receiving the truck. Everything was fine
