They talked me into a trail that it was way too big for my car refused to give me a smaller one so it ruined. My transmission. Had to have them come and tow it back to wherever uhaul I took it too, and then two days later I get the other place calling me, asking me where the trailer is at Horrible experience and I should be sending you the bill for my transmission problems

while its the easiest place to get a rental .we had to hitch up ourselves and bring to store front to inspect. And no one asked if we may need more time than what was given... Im not terribly concerned here we received what we needed and was on our way.

The parking area needs to be graded. It was full of potholes and very muddy. That being said, it is a convenient location for drop offs.

The trailer did not have a jack to lift the trailer to hook up on the truck. The nice employee helped lift the hitch on the truck.

Pickup was highly inconvenient due to a total lack of functionality of the UHaul app and website. We were unable to edit the reservation, add a driver or even pick up the UHaul without the help of customer service. Picking up the UHaul required us to give the phone numbers of 3 contacts for UHaul personnel to call, which is pointless, arbitrary, and silly. Fortunately, each customer representative we contacted was extremely helpful and solved our issues for us, none of them expressing any surprise at all that the app and website were giving us issues. The many negative reviews for the app align with our experience. If you're going to make a tool, make a tool that works.

Design improvements to the trailer, i understand they are built to be easier to maintain, but they are not easy to disconnect in the event of a problem when loaded.

Again, no clear signage to indicate where to go for UHaul business. Granted, the gas station is the only building nearby, so it's the likely location. I waited for several customers to purchase JoJos, Chicken Tenders, etc. and pay for gas so that I could begin my check in process. Staff was very friendly. It was simply a strange experience for me as I've never dropped off at a gas station before.

Your damn truck that supposedly was cleaned and inspected when I rented it leaked all over my belongings and ruined 2 different gaming set up totaling over $2000! The truck wasn't even cleaned, the windows were filthy, the cashier that checked me out was short, rude, and repeatedly just walked away to do other things in the middle of our transaction! To top it off instead of returning my deposit, they're trying to charge my account another $150!! This is completely ridiculous, and unprofessional! I have photos of the water damage, and I expect to get my deposit back, though if you were even half decent you'd at least reimburse me for some of the damage to my property.

This location also functions as a gas station and mini-mart, so the staff was quite busy. Even through the chaos, we were treated with respect and felt valued. Outstanding location! The people cared about their customers and ensured that we got the equipment we needed, that everything worked, that we understood how to hook everything up, and that it was safe. This was the best U-Haul pickup I've ever experienced - outstanding!

Easy pick up easy drop off

I was told to go out on the lot and find the trailer and hook it up myself. I was not prepared for that. The neck of the trailer was on the ground. To lift that is extremely heavy for a 50 year old woman. I am lucky I didn't hurt myself doing that. I would have brought someone to help me if I would have know I would be hooking it up myself. Usually an employee at least helps or the necks are on a stand so it is not a deadlift from the ground.

The service provided by this location in Kittitas was, and always has been, excellent! The U-Haul website reservation system, however, is a disaster. Don't reserve online. Call the Kittitas location directly. They will get the job correctly.

Employees at Exit 115 were very helpful. First, there was a lock on the liftgate from a previous renter. The staff asked around when locals came in until they found someone with the tools to cut off the lock. Second, when I returned from Moses Lake with the vehicle transport trailer, the staff were VERY HELPFUL helping me to SAFELY load my car onto the trailer. I appreciate the extra time and effort employees at Exit 115 extended to me very much. Thank you!! 6 stars out of 5.

The check out process was very slow. It would be great to know in advance that we should plan for that to take 30 minutes, or if they could find a way to speed up the system. Otherwise, everyone was very nice and helpful. Will rent here again in the future.

Equipment was broken, but Exit 115 LLC was kind enough to swap it out. Customer service was excellent here. Busy truck stop, but they took the time to make sure I was good to go.

I explained what I was using the uhaul for and the distance I was traveling I was not told about the additional mileage charge. So when I dropped off the truck I was not expecting another charge.

Was a terrible experience from start to finish, the trucks weren’t available when scheduled and reserved!! Terrible customer service when I called , tried to charge extra for mileage, even though we hadn’t gone over the given miles, terrible will never use u-haul again !!

Well my experience started off with a call around 7:30 8:00 at night the day before I pick up my truck telling me my truck thought available at the schedule location that I could drive 100 miles round trip to get one or take a bigger truck which I did not intend to rent. Being the holiday weekend assuming the place would be closed is why I set up to pick up with my cell phone as provided choice. Was charged 20 more miles and I should have been that I calculated having to pick it up 20 mi round trip away. Drop off location attendant didn't go over the truck check in the payment method wasn't even spoken to until receipt was printed. Intended to pay cash and not charge it to the card not impressed would not rent again sincerely James Biggs.

The shared space with the mini Mart was crowded and not very UHaul Facustomer oriented. The Uhaul employee did a great job under less than ideal conditions.

The truck was clean, however there was a gas leak, where the tank was patched. We had reserved this truck and it was the only one of this size available. After leaving, we were loading the truck into the evening and noticed the gas odor. After driving to the location, we parked overnight. The next morning, the odor was stronger, in the cab and the back of the truck. Looking underneath there was a white patch on the gas tanking dripping gas. Regarding the transaction in pick up - we had reserved online, but they had to enter our information in the system, which included a copy of our drivers licenses, stapled to the order and placed in a cupboard. I am not comfortable at all with this process, as I don't know if the copy of our drivers licenses will be shredded, especially based on how the paper was stored in a cupboard (unlocked). Can you confirm that the copies have been shredded?

We completed an after hours drop off so did not have an opportunity to work with the staff. The survey would not allow us to continue with the “not applicable” choice. The area to drop off the truck was very easy to identify and the mobile drop off was very easy to complete.

Have a dedicated person to take care of U Haul customers. I was disappointed the person was managing gas station customers while trying to do the paperwork so I could rent my trailer.

I rented a truck on 4/17/24 at 9 am and returned it on 4/17/24 at 9:10 pm. It was well within the one day rental time frame. We followed the after hours check in procedure per their instructions. However, they did not check it in until 9:45 am the next day this resulted in an additional day rental charge. The process to get this cleared up was a huge hassle!! The local branch can't do anything to correct their error, so due to their incompetence I had to call a main number and even though she readily admitted that there was an error, it still took 30 minutes to get the refund process started. This is a ridiculous! BTW- the truck was not serviced --check engine light was on-- and the gas cap was on secure--when we told the clerk before driving away we were told--- "just ignore it those lights are always on". I will never use them again for my local moves.

A customer should not be expected to lift 261# to load the trailer on the truck. On a 6x12 cargo trailer there should be a jack. My husband has a very bad back, is considered handicapped and was told he had to load the trailer onto his truck.

Extremely poor to no communication at all the center is extremely dirty and has no designated Uhaul staff. it is a busy gas station and I have to wait for a while before I can be attended to because the gas station customers are more important. The cashier asked to help me did not know how to get my car off the doly. we were both in the cold rain for a while, I had to approach a customer to help us out. what a horrible experience. It was raining heavily and the whole place was dark with fog all over the area. I was overcharged and had to drive back to the center to get things resolved all I received back was attitude if this charge is not reversed immediately, I will make it a legal case and be ready to go to court. I hate cheating and exploitation, I will not tolerate it at all. I have called since yesterday and no one has given me a call back till now. what a shame.

Said we went over mileage & we had to pay. We drive from one uhaul to another with one stop off freeway. about 10 miles more than direct. Why would mileage be so low?
