This is a very small business and is in conjunction with an auto garage. I’ve used them twice now and as far as the truck rental, everything was fine. The business is on a small lot with little room to park your own car. I would suggest you have someone drop you off and pick you up when you return your rental.

CARL RWas told my rate would be $19.95 plus $1.19 per mile, plus like $20 insurance, plus taxes and other fees. Drove 45 miles, returned with more gas than necessary, expected to pay around $130, ended up paying $214. I will never use a U Haul again

Kareem MLocation was unorganized and dirty. The mechanic came in from garage, farted and stunk-up the entire small office space I was in. Even the cashier made a comment regarding the smell. Nastiest and most disrespectful place I have experienced.

Andrea DIf a U-Haul is not open on Sunday and I have to return my truck is a pain in the hind end to do everything online. I feel since they were not open on Sunday I should not be penalized. I having to hurry and get things in there when they’re not even going run it out I understand companies do what they do but I will never rent another U-Haul that I have to do a check in online ever again I will go someplace else first.
ROY MThe owners were great.. I came from south bend and what I thought the place would be over by the exit 92 off toll road it wasn't. (MY fault) should of Googled it first. I think they need a better place to park ur vehicle when picking up a truck . Overall this was a good place to grab a u haul.

Matthew DTruck was filthy and smelled of oil and smoke. Location was extremely unorganized and not in a safe area. They were rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them.

CALEB BI’ve gotten uhaul a couple times before and it seemed like this time it took longer to get the truck. Was just too much extra. But it was still easier than going in and doing a reservation.
DEJA RLocation was inside a mechanical garage and was so noisy I couldn't hear the clerk half the time. It was very dirty inside and mechanics were talking to shop customers next to me it made it very confusing. The email my wife got for the reservation said it would be $231 but cost $321. And since we paid cash there was a 100 dollar deposit also. I felt overcharged for a little 10 foot unit that said 19.95 a day on it. Even the place I returned it couldn't believe how much they charged me and said I cold of used a 27 foot unit round trip with double the milage for alot less. I am very disappointed with this rental and will probably look at renting somewhere else next time. Very sad. I have used uhaul many times in the past and never been charged anywhere near this rental. Almost 350 bucks to go 101 miles is absurd. I feel as though they took advantage of me since I paid cash on the spot.

Douglas WThey were unbelievable. My truck broke down. They help me get another vehicle help me hook up my trailer and got me on my way. I can’t say enough about the help they gave me. They also let me keep my Brokedown truck at their place until the tow truck came
MICHAEL PThe lady in charge of rentals was not overly friendly and welcoming for a first impression. But she did warm up at the end. The building and office were disgusting. It was dirty, cluttered and wreaked of filth, oil and cigarette smoke. The parking lot was non existent. It was filled with broken down junk cars. I had to park on the sidewalk in order to stay off the street. The trailer was ready and accessible for my friend to back up to it. He had to park in the street though. They store on Toledo Rd is only slightly better. lol
Jane MThis location is extremely dirty. even though I made my reservation online it took over 20 to 25 minutes because they had to input all the information all over again. The lady at the front counter was very polite but again the place was filthy dirty. Old clothes laying around food dirt disgusting.
Harry SI called the number on my contract that said call when u arrive and they literally said "wrong number" and hung up. The pickup process needs to be more clear.
Lawrence ZThe uhaul representative at this location was very rude. Asking questions seemed be an annoyance to her. I rent your trucks routinely, either monthly or every other month. If this location is given to me again as a pick up location, I will cancel the reservation and use another truck rental service. In terms of the truck, it was fine.

Nathan WMade a reservation the day before. Called with a question and the woman who answered was extremely rude. At pickup time, the truck was covered in ice and snow and it hadn’t snowed here in about a week. Take pride in your equipment and customers and clean off the trucks when it is reserved! A customer should not have to do that!
