Very rude front desk. Not Helpful. Did not acknowledge customers. Very limited space on-site
SHAUN DFriendly but no place to park. Had to park truck with trailer on the street.
CARL RWas told my rate would be $19.95 plus $1.19 per mile, plus like $20 insurance, plus taxes and other fees. Drove 45 miles, returned with more gas than necessary, expected to pay around $130, ended up paying $214. I will never use a U Haul again
