Way too high. I never paid this much for a U-Haul. And u asked the way why it was almost $200 she said because of the weekend. Smh. I really needed it If. It for that I would have walked out.
Jackie WThe vehicles need to be physically checked. The gas was low. The back had to be swept out before we could use it. This cuts down on the time you have the truck. This isn’t the first time that this has happened. I asked the person at the establishment when I returned the truck if he checked the back. He said no.

SHERON DI was overcharged and no one could explain information when I asked how it worked so I wouldn’t be charged for two days. Very expensive move and I have used UHaul many times and moved out of town and didn’t pay as much as I did with this local move.
Keii MMake sure the send the equipment that is reserved and make sure the trucks are in good shape and maintained. Had to switch trucks bc the one reserved was an accident waiting to happen. And the dolly i reserved wasn't available either

Kimberly JNo, I pray I never need them again. It took me 4 hours to get into my truck. The 1st rental failed to place the truck key in any of the slots. We went through 6 slots no keys. The locks where extremely hard to open. My husband injured his hand trying to open lock by pulling and hitting it as the rep stated to do. My rental was transferred to another location incorrectly, had to way another hour and half. Before that was corrected. The night I went to return it the the 24/7 location, gate was closed. After calling I was advised that luckily you didn't , because my return wasn't set up correctly. That location was incorrectly... you can't make this up! So finally I was sent to another 24/7 location. So after all the lost time wasted gas uhaul o ly decide to give a 40 dollar return. Which is crazy.I deserves 100% I lost a lot of time dealing with their mistakes, $40 is enough. I deserves a full refund .

Bob PUpon dropping off my rental, 12 hours early than scheduled during store operational hours, There was no check process other than giving the keys to cashier in the tobacco store. There was no inspection of the truck with me. There was no walk around, even though I requested one. I asked for the store clerk to explain the return process and I was told the "other guy" would come in in the morning and send me a final email. I made sure the fuel was exactly and slightly above where it was when I picked it up. I was 1 mile within my allowed mileage. There was no damage to the truck. I received a bill for almost $20 for fuel.. This is a 100% scam on Exotic Tobacco part. I called the store and was told to email picture of before and after and he would check the email tomorrow. This is outrageous as the bill I got clearly showed the markings of where the gas was suppose to be... and that is where it was! They are scamming people for money. I will write about this in my local column as I am a local columnist for there area. I expect someone from corporate to contact me to discuss a refund or a credit to my next rental. However I am DONE with EXOTIC TOBACCO, and UHAUL CORP should drop them as a franchise. POOR POOR managagement, and poor service!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION IN NASHVILLE NC and DO NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!!!
Rodney Oordered pads but they were not in truck--had to return to site to pick them up but there were not enough to meet what we ordered

John EThere was NO manual wench on the car dolly I rented. There has always been one on the dolly/trailer I have rented in the past. It made it extremely difficult to use!

Kyaunna ACustomer service was great. First truck engine light came on and then truck struggled to crank when “warm”, gas gauge was showing almost empty but only took 8 gallons to top off. We reserved truck for 2 days and this happened day 1. The gentleman contacted Uhaul rep and we were placed in another clean truck and given our 2 days for rental. We returned it a day early :).

Scott WThe day I contracted for the vehicle, the Staff did not think it was necessary for me to see all contract terms before signing. I parked on the site & they called & advised me that I interfered with their customer parking. As a result, I came to the lot before closing and moved my vehicle They should have advised me in advance to park my vehicle elsewhere. Overall, I thought the customer service was poor. I will not rent from them in the future.
Carolyn ONo help in trailer hookup, wiring incomplete. Items left in both truck and trailer. Inadequate area to hook up trailer. Egress extremely limited required 2 spotters and 10 minutes to get out including driving over curbs.
Don HThe associate managing the store nice and helpful. However the drop off location is a Tobacco store, I would’ve preferred to drop it off at a Uhaul location but, I didn’t know the area well and picked the closest thing to my new home. I would recommend people to drop off at this location because I didn’t have any issues and the associate emailed me all of my documents very quickly and did everything off his phone instead of using those old and run down Uhaul computers that take all day to process an order.
Dashonay SHassan was very rude and took my deposit and made me pay extra because I was 5 miles over and 5 min later then the return time which was only because I was getting gas filling the truck back up to full.

Kiera PThe pick up was delayed as the facility didn't have the proper software and the employee wasn't properly trained ... not the employee's fault as she was polite and professional... however, the owners don't mange the business in a way I would recommend
Lynn SHad appt. At 9:30 to pick up truck,store was not open until 11:00am. Drove 20 miles and had to go back home and come back.The owner of store said he has told y’all he does not open on Sunday till 11:00 am. , but they keep making reservations earlier than 11.The store is not fault in this situation.U-haul is at fault here.Will never use this company again , should have got discount or something ?
Brian LThe location was listed to be open at 10:00 on Sundays but the location did not open until 11:00.
CARL EStaff was nice. This was the third location we were sent to that day when picking up the truck. The other two locations that we were sent to earlier that day were absolutely terrible (Cherry Detail & Success Auto Group).
