The system recommends locations for the main equipment but doesn’t confirm, or order, the other materials needed for the rental!!! I needed a dolly. I show up to rent and they can’t provide one.

Had pick time 830. Keys weren't ready.i was 1 hour late to get started with my move. Had workers waiting. Lost over 100 dollars for list time. Uhaul didn't offer any assistance for reimbursement

Terri KThe truck had several issues which made the move a little hectic, the steering seemed loose and the transmission slipped and shifted abruptly and caused the engine to have to go to very high rpms before it would shift. I was told by the person that I returned the truck to informed me that there would be an adjustment to the bill for returning the truck with more fuel in it than when I picked it up. I was informed by the person on the chat that U-Haul does not refund for the fuel left in the truck more than what was in it when I picked it up.
