Took forever for them to release the truck, had to put gas in it before I could get it to my destination and start loading it so that I didnt end up on empty,, the trucks brakes were very loud/ squeeled and the trucks alignment was extremely off center and made it difficult to maintain a steady/straight ride. Truck would pull to one side while driving. The blinkers did not stay on when in use, probably due to the alignment. Would have been happier with a truck that was more properly maintained and able to drive better.Victoria R.

When I picked up the vehicle and made the contract I was told that if I drop it off on Sunday ( a day early) I would not be charged the 4 days. Well guess what The I haul center stated that they have nothing to do with that and I have to take it up with U haulCharles C.

I really wish they would Not add "safe driver" even though I denied it TWICE... Now I get stuck on phone FOREVER hoping someone can help me again... This is not the first time I've had to deal with this w/uhaul and I'm angry I still used uhaul honestly. Bad bad customer service hold times. Oh and "The online check-in doesn't connect to pickup spot computers"...You have so much to work on! Thats a start! Do I get any compensation now for overpaying And hours of hold in my life?Hunter R.

They charged my card incorrectly. They charged me for pads and a dolly that I did not use. Had to submit a case. Waiting on refund.Angela H.
Appliance Dolly I requested online was not available. One of the wooden panels inside the truck was broken. Truck alignment was total out of wack. Service rep was not wearing a mask. Vehicle was filthy and smelled really bad. Truck was kinda bashed up , and the transmission acted weird at some points in trip. If I hadnt drove so far to get vehicle , I might have cancelled rental.BRIAN B.

This Pickup location/Establishment is Primarily an Auto Repair Co. Lady who helped me had to get some information from the Manager who was Busy with Auto Car Customers. Even so I was taken care of in a Decent amount of time & the manager then went outside with me and directed me backing up to the Trailer I rented. He lifted the tongue and hooked up Trailer & Electrical so I didn't have to. He checked out the Lights & Signals. I don't know if that's standard procedure or not but he was helpful, courteous and polite. The woman who did the paperwork also put the Moving Blankets into the trailer so I didn't have to carry them out & do that myself. Small Detail But Important since I must use a Cane to walk & it'd have been difficult for me to do so. I DO Recommend this Establishment!LESLIE B.

I think the very kind representative was named Bobby (sorry if incorrect ??) . He was exceptional, courteous, and patient. Noticed how well his professionalism was shown to the customer before me who couldn't speak English very well (his co-worker translated). I was charge for an extra day when the truck was deliver on time and confirm by a uhaul 1800 representatives. The charge for miles is to much compare to buget. I was giving a small truck because no bigger truck was available. I had to make three trips to finish my moving when it can had been done in one trip with bigger truck. I won't be using or recommending uhaul or that car care location to anyone. Sorry but I had to go thru a lot of phone calls before they corrected the problem. The rental rate that you charged for a one way is absolutely repulsive. The fact that it cost me more than a dollar a mile is ridiculous. I could have had a vehicle transported from Florida for $70.00 cheaper. I will not recommend your company to anyone. We were broke down on the side of the interstate and I believe that is what y'all are counting on. The true definition of highway robbery.John P.

Besides a few Uhaul trucks there was no Uhaul sign, or any indication it was even a Uhaul location. After leaving and coming back, we found the drop off box easy enough since they were closed and left the key and contract with the truck locked. The biggest problem came next. I was charged for gas even though I had gotten gas just down the street and the gas gauge read 9/16 just like I had gotten it. I also left the receipt in the cab so that they could see that I had. In the email I received that charged me for gas, they said it was at a half tank, which is a lie. If I include what I spent on gas, what I was charged extra for Uhaul literally doubled my gas price. I will never do business with this location again and I will happily go out of my way to work against it.Tyler J.
