I rented a 20' truck to move me locally and it was at least 100 degrees outside that day and this truck had air conditioning issues. The air was working when I pulled the truck out of the parking space but soon there after, anytime I would turn the truck on again, the air conditioning was not working. It was blowing air but not cold air making it even hotter inside the truck. I paid a lot of money for a truck to have working AC and this was not the case. This was very disappointing and I don't believe I would trust renting from this particular location again.

RUSSELL BI ordered the larger utility lift with my original order and received a confirmation, however it wasn't available when I picked up the truck, so they gave me the smaller one, which was useless. Also, we got stuck with a 20 foot moving truck.... for a washer and dryer pick up. When all was said and done, the final cost was almost double the original estimate. Service provided was extremely slow for no good reason as the young lady who worked beside this gentleman worked 3-4 customers to his one. We won't be back.

KEITH P1 wasted day, $40 trailer rental, $70 worth of fuel. While the trailer bed was 6 foot in width, the gate was only 4'9" and was about 3" too narrow to load the ATV I had purchased. Total disaster!

JAMES SI wasn't told about the different rental insurance. And I had a accident that's not covered with what they gave me. And I'm being charged 1500. If I had known about the plus package I would have gotten it. That wasn't right.

Billy WThe truck I rented was filthy inside when I picked it up. People left rope hanging from the tie-down slot on the walls of the truck. The floor looked like they had moved a beach with the amount of sand that was left from previous renter which of course I had to clean to avoid a service charge. Good service just make sure to check your truck before you take off 👌
DANIEL FI tried to avoid this location when making my reservation because my last U-Haul experience with them was horrible; but, I didn't have any major problems with them this time.

REGINA TTook forever for them to release the truck, had to put gas in it before I could get it to my destination and start loading it so that I didnt end up on empty,, the trucks brakes were very loud/ squeeled and the trucks alignment was extremely off center and made it difficult to maintain a steady/straight ride. Truck would pull to one side while driving. The blinkers did not stay on when in use, probably due to the alignment. Would have been happier with a truck that was more properly maintained and able to drive better.
