I would provide something better for compensation when changing the location of pickup and making people go further out of the way. I was given 50 extra miles when I didn’t need it and then was not given any money off instead.

Cinthia RThe truck ran a bit hesitantly until we put in some gas from a Sinclair station. We are thrilled with Nancy and she is the reason we will be returning to this particular UHaul rental.
MICHELE WI dropped off after hours but it was a large, nice parking lot and the signage on the door was clear and easy to read.
ROGER Ldropped key in overnight box. did not go inside but the box was clearly marked and easy parking.

OLGA CNancy was a great help!! I had previously tried to contact a different location and never was the phone answered or calls returned.
Sharon HI was returning my rental at night, got there, parked it, had to walk to take picture of QR/Barcode to verify i was at exact location (which i understand why we have too) but it was a hassle had to go back and forth from door to shop and it was tough to scan Door Barcode at Night with no lightning. But other than that it was a good, fast and easy process.

Melissa SThe pick up site was fine. Our issue was that it was located over an hour away from where we requested. We were notified only 24 hours before pickup and not given sufficient time to find another 26 foot truck in the area. Needless to say we were not happy and forced to delay our loading by 3 hours (there and back to pick up the truck). Plus our personal miles and gas money. Over an hour away is not a reservation “in the area”

Nancy HVery helpful. Kept me from having to drive 20 miles away to another UHaul dealer to drop off the truck. Not sure why the Sterling office could not find the Storm Lake site. They did the first time I tried to rent a truck.

Bryan VI experienced discrimination with the person working. When I asked about availability of truck, the person said all was reserved without looking up availability on computer. I asked when the next truck will be available, she told me all trucks were scheduled to be left out of town. I then asked her if any open trailers were available. She said they were all reserved without looking at computer. As I was leaving, I saw 4 open trailers and 3 trucks in the lot. Five minutes after leaving, I went online and reserved a truck. When I went back to pick up the truck, the lady was rude when I asked her why she said all was reserved and I was able to book a truck. She said that it must have just became available. All day I passed the lot and there was trucks and trailers still available. She lied about all being reserved and unavailable. I plan on pursuing this further so that she doesn't discriminate against others.

laura lThe trailer was dirty inside and out. The parking lot where the trailer was parked was about 7 in deep of mud! Probably why the trailer was dirty? Not sure wasn’t pleased as my shoes and vehicle got very muddy.

John EAfter paying for the trailer rental walked out to the trailer to find one tire in fair condition and the other Tire completely bald and cupped. I asked the lady to switch the tires out or let me swap one of the tires myself. She says I don't have someone here to do that and I can't let you do that. I stated to her I am putting a $30,000 motorcycle on this trailer and I'm going 1420 miles one way. Her response was sorry I can't help you call roadside assistance have a nice day. So I took the trailer and called for roadside assistance through the 1-800 U-Haul number. I drove two and a half hours down the road until I was met by the roadside tire technician which was a third party vendor. The third vendor did a great job.
