I dropped it off after hours, so nobody was there to be helpful
Leigh POpened the truck and the smell of Body Odor would knock you down. That is AWFUL when you have a 5 hour drive ahead. One day rentals should be an option. I had to rent a truck for 3 days for one item to go on a 5 hour trip. That is ridiculous. I should have had the option of renting for 1 day. One agent told me to rent a cargo van instead, so I tried. Nope they are rented only in town options. I might as well have just bought my own trailer at that point. Had I have known far enough ahead of time, I would have. Now I will just so I don't have to go through that again. When I tried to report the Body Odor Smell, U-haul was going to charge me $25 cleaning charge. Uh no it wasn't my odor in there, I was just trying to let Uhaul know that it needed cleaned. TERRIBLE APP!

SHANNON PNancy, the leasing agent, is very knowledgeable about the Uhaul system and the equipment. She's very responsive to the many questions I had up to and after my truck rental. Fair, honest, helpful. By far the best Uhaul office I've ever used. Also wanted to give you some time to think about your truck rental: will you need tie downs to prevent the load from shifting? Moving blankets? A dolly to move large furniture/appliances? Don't wait until the last minute to round these items up (in some cases, you may be able to rent some from uhaul).
