The customer service was top top notch. The agent that was working, I think his name is Elias had a truck he cleaned & prepared for us but the key was misplaced. He looked for another perfect truck & got it ready in no time. That's what's called going above & beyond in customer service.

To start, this location was out of the way. Then, when I got there, there was no staff. The building was in poor condition and the lot felt unsafe. I’ve been to three other U-Haul locations in the past week that were all well maintained and clean. This one was not.

I had a fantastic experience with U-Haul, thanks to Ellias! He was incredibly kind, accommodating, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The truck was in great shape, and Ellias went above and beyond to ensure I was all set for my move. Highly recommend U-Haul and especially Ellias for his outstanding customer service!

Facility was a bit old, run down, and industrial with limited maneuver space; however, the customer service was fantastic and the equipment was positioned and ready for an easy and fast rental. Will rent again from here!

Blankets were wet and unusable. Staff was friendly and helpful, but did not notice the wet blankets. The location was very dicey. WINDSHIELD WIPERS WERE UNUSABLE, HORRIBLE. VERY DANGEROUS IN HEAVY DOWNPOURS I EXPERIENCED.
