They are charging me for cleaning fees
JUAN HNo start mileage due to tire pressure warning. Front door did not at shut and loud wind and dash warning coming on all the time Messages came up warning and had to open and slam shut hard. Passenger side visor missing. Driver side visor loose and floppy.
Thomas GI would like to speak to a supervisor of the entire U-Haul service. I am extremely unhappy first of all I had to gas and I barely use the gas from one spot to not even not even 6 miles. How can I use all that gas which I put five dollars in and put where the gas was it went above level. How am I being charged seven something dollars for gas and $25? It was my mistake that I forgot that my tools were inside the truck. I went back to get it. How am I being charged?
FRANCES TThe manager was kind enough to give me a brand new truck, because he knew I was just about driving across the country. I wont forget that he had a choice between giving me a truck with 50,000 miles, or one with 600 miles, and he offered me the new truck. I will say, driving on the highway in a big truck is very challenging and sometimes terrifying for someone only accustomed to driving cars. I feel so fortunate that I refused Uhauls offer to pull a trailer behind the truck and get a discount, because I can assure you, the 15 ft truck was all I could manage. I also want to say it was comfortable to sit in for 4 days, easy to drive, and powerful, even with a huge load that left 2 inches of clearance above the back tires.
SAMUEL BI do not like to put a bad review because the guys was nice and set me up with a truck fast . But to add on additional costs with no In person inspection of the vehicle with me to see why i have ti pay more at the end hours later of dropping the vehicle off. I Received the vehicle dirty returned it in better condition more gas and not as dirty as I pick it up. And now I have to pay for it to be clean ? This is wrong. Plus I pay extra for the insurance and I was told it covers everything. So my extra 15 dollars I pay for insurance covers me if I crush and damage the vehicle but does not cover for me Returning the same dirty vehicle I have to pay for an additional car wash ? No logic here. This is mistreatment and robbery.
RAMON MI received 5 star service from reservation to rental, to extending rental, to the return,. I highly recommend renting from here. I am so grateful for them assisting me thru one of the hardest times in my 57 years.
MELISSA MThe vehicle was not full when we picked it up at but when we dropped it off my card was charged for filling the truck up. We will not be going back there again.
ROBERT JI tried to return the U-haul twice, but because the man at the store was too busy hanging out with his friends. He wouldn't do it and kept telling me. He didn't know how to or that. His computer was down so I ended up having to keep Van 4 days more costing me more money because he didn't know how to do his job.

ISABEL TIt would be great that when we return with the uhaul we get confirmation that it was returned and a receipt in how much was charged. I didn't receive anything.

PHILLIPUS LThis is a small, accessible location with trucks, sufficient for a small town. I was not sure who was the key person for my return, but the employee was helpful and friendly.

I actually had to call and file a complaint about them because I took pictures of before and after of gas and mileage and when I check my banking account in there charged me for another $64 so I had to file a complaint, you guys return my money and also cleanliness of the shop was horrible drug needles all over. I even said the guy should clean up because who knows if this kids that play around the back very bad location I would recommend you looking into taking his license of a U-Haul dealer .
JESSE JFirst I waited about 45 min to get a key and then I was given no instructions just walk in the back and find the truck that matches the key basically I get to tie truck and it was opens a little I closed the truck and as I got in I head noises in the back I thought it was a raccoon or so thing I opened it up and a man was in there and he ran away leaving a crack like a cup if piss and some food and a bent spoon I don’t even know why someone was in there bending spoons but whatever I told the guy in the building what happend and I have to wait about her 45 min or so for them to clean the truck out all while he laughed about the situation and told me I should have locked him in and drove to the police I said you should be renting trucks in a safe manner I could have took this stranger to my home and exposed the safety of my children and they would have seen drugs this is ridiculous

PINCHUS GRead the fine lines, they will not reimburse you if you put more gas than you’re supposed to and they’re too expensive per mile.
lisa aFirst i got there and had to wait a half hour while the computer was slow. The truck had only 1/4 tank. It wasnt very clean. After my job, me and my employee swept the truck. They charged me a cleaning fee which is robbery. It was already not cleaned and then we cleaned and and get charged.
Andrew HThe truck was dirty, not swept out, smelled like body odor. It was not well maintained -- I used it for a local errand and would have hesitated using it for any distance or length of time. It felt unsafe to drive. The pickup service at the location was slow, but the truck was really problematic.

Juan SThe van needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. It was very dirty inside the cab and the tires are nearly bald, which made it difficult to handle.
Josephine MUpdate your system. When a customer wants to pickup their rental ask for the invoice number and give them a receipt and tell them they will be chafed with the card on file they used to reserve the vehicle once their trip is complete. This location charged my card again because they could not pull up my reservation. I will be calling Uhual corporate on Tuesday for more information to see if a refund from their extra charge is warranted.
AUTUMN POne problem i had is that the drivers side rear view doesnt adjust properly. Otherwise no problems.

Edward GI think you guys need to communicate with the places you have renting your trucks and check up on them periodically because you guys are definitely not on the same page. The truck I got literally had a roach in it and was dirty, clearly not cleaned in a while with cobwebs in it and built up dirt everywhere. I’m not blaming your company it was clearly the Mobil’s fault for not maintaining their trucks and having a terrible attitude, but sadly it does directly influence my decision on renting another truck through uhaul.
Meli HGiving right information when we got the truck it was 1/4 tank of gas when we took it back we put the gas back to a little over 1/4 tank when I got the receipt I was charge $20. For gas WHY they waited till we left then then fill out information and debit my account and put what ever they want I don’t think that is the way business is allowed in AMERICA!!!. I believe this will be the last time I use u hall .

Jay BThe retailer manager would not talk to me, as a professional woman . I’m a woman from a diverse background and having my brother speak to them to get some respect was awful. This location is in a town with many diverse people. Someone should know how to speak to people with respect. We have pictures of how the truck was given to us with equipment not working well.
