Truck was not maintained, had warning lights on the dash prior to taking vehicle and tire had an air leak.

Our experience from the first call was easy, informative and friendly. Picking up the truck- Jason was helpful, thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend this location.

Mohamad ADrop off service was very bad, guy just twisted one of the chains on my auto transport trailer and I did the rest of the things. They charged $55 for just twisting one chain - they called it “help”. Do not ever choose Express Rentals Inc. in Rocky view, Alberta.
PAWANDEEP SWhat you can do to improve for the next customer….is stop sending customers there! What a frustrating and disappointing experience. I was asked to go here when I initially booked at the Flying J. I got a call from U-Haul asking me to switch to this location and for accepting, I would receive a 49km credit. Well to my surprise, the staff at this location had no idea about the credit and proceeded to start a new booking. They said I would get a credit when I brought it back. But when I brought it back, the story changed and then I had to wait 2 business days for the credit. Well it’s been a week and still no credit. I’ll make sure I steer everyone clear of this location. I’ve never had a problem at the flying J before, and that’s where I will go next time.

Jesse TBooked a truck. They changed my size without notifying me. Delayed me a day. Had to make multiple different reservations and then trailer for towing reservation was cancelled in errror then they had the trailer still but it didn’t work so sent to another location, no one was there had to load it and go back to original location to get them to make sure it was set up right. There was an old bike in the truck and grease on the seat and we had to disinfect it, the steering wheel was sticky and gross. Was also had to drive accordingly because it sounded like a belt was going to go and the suspension was shot. No one at drop off location, and trailer was scheduled far away from truck in someone’s yard so we took it to the place the truck was supported to go because no way to back it into a tiny yard when the man was not there. We were also quoted $700 but the reservation was 1300. Not sure how an extra 600 was added but we had so many issues, we can’t argue this. Worst experience in a long time. Not necessarily the fault of the man that processed the rental, more a U-HAUL issue all around.
Timothy RWhen I showed up for my rental the computers were down so I was sent ti another location from your call center drove all across town only to be told the rental was done at the previous location. Then he rented me 4 2 days in town.but I had uhaul calling me from Edmonton about missing my storage appointment I dropped it off 10 days ago to the location just a guy in a truck pointing where to go,no signing paper no nothing .I paid 140.00 for a shit show,lost half my belongings because of the mix up as we were on a time restraint.but ya no I wouldn't recommend.

STEPHEN DThe company who give the truck is not good He is not understanding that the counter is in mileage and he insist to give us 200 kilometres only although I booked 350 kilometres and H e tried to threaten me to cancel the booking He was talking to us sharp and he said all the conversation is recorded After I agree abut what he said He printed the paper it comes out with mileage So he was insisted that it is kilometres I surprised how he was know I know that this not u haul company it was a vendor taking the name of u haul So please review what the conversation was Take action towards that guy who discussed too much without knowing anything Finally I lost my time through this discussion about 45 minutes I did make the insurance because the guy over there threaten me I was in need for the truck to go to Edmonton I agree everything he told about but I was stressed and afraid from him from canceling the booking
Mohamed MTaylor was great, extremely helpful and kind. Great customer service. Your website and app need work, it’s not updated with current stock, other locations don’t answer their phones, or say they are too busy to look. Disappointed in over all experience with uhaul, but Taylor made the situation better, he was great to work with and extremely responsive. 10/10 for him and his team.

Jeremy RGlad I dropped the trailer at another location as it wasn’t needed but still needed the van for the full day … as I had to drop off the van after hours here and would have had no place to put the trailer to keep it safe after hours.
Wilbert RI still have problem, not solve it yet with the U-Haul. I’m waiting to see what they can do for my last rental as they honest what they told me to my rental not charge me for two days. I took His word honestly to charge me for one day only that’s what he told me and I’m waiting for customer service or supervisor to fix the problem. Thank you.
Hussain ZCan't really comment on the drop off place as it was a unit and the trucks were at some other location. Customer asks for a certain truck you must come through with it. Can't leave people in a scenario where you are telling them 2 or 3 days in advance we can't get you a truck. That leaves customers with no other options as its to late.

Elizabeth RThis was easily the worst uhaul experience of my life. I reserved a 25 foot truck weeks in advance and then was told I could not have one for the length I requested at the location I desired. And although I would get a 25 foot truck, it would take a few days to organize. No one called. When I called, I was talked down to like I was an idiot or an inconvenience. There was no truck and they had no intention of renting one to me. Why am I the asshole? I had to beg for a 20' that I had to pick up and drop off 30 miles from my location. It cost me extra money. Although the people at Express Towing were very professional and courteous, the waste of money, time, and the fear of not having a vehicle to move has soured me from using this company ever again. There are other vehicle rental companies that don't have a reputation of treating their clients like dirt

Bruce DIt was awful. An hour to get keys, didn’t have the dolly we ordered. Office was closed and later they just said ‘sorry, oh well’. Only had elevator for an hour. Worst move ever. Then they call me to complain that I am late. Will never use again and will ensure my friends and family don’t either.
Wendy CI rented a truck on march 13 and was overcharged by $32. Express contacted me @ May 24th and refunded me the $32 after reviewing the account.

Terry KProvided the vehicle to us dirty, verbally said there were scratches already claimed on it, and then proceeded to blame us for a scratch and charged the card without permission for damage already on the vehicle. Taylor claims he is "1000% positive because this truck is brand new" the scratch wasn't there and it was our fault and changed his story on what scratches were already claimed saying he told me there was tape on them when he said the opposite in our conversation. Don't rent from this location they're out for money for damage that is probably caused by the staff when they "inspect" the vehicle.

ANTONIO SHonestly, I’m not sure how the drop off, which was a self drop off, could be any easier I didn’t go through the what seemed like a very simple online process myself because of my own circumstances, and being the coldest day of the year, the $20 charge was well worth the convenience of just drop and go. Although there were extra charges, I was charged less than it should have been. Highly recommend U Haul

It’s disrespectful to tell a customer that they are lieing because you weren’t there and using your experiences as evidence to disprove theirs is just ridiculous. These manger needs to learn what’s management.
