We were booked to pick up the trailer in Strathmore on Friday, July 3rd. A credit of $50.00 should have been issued automatically to us in recognition of the cost and inconvenience for us to travel to Chestermere to pick up the trailer from Strathmore then travel back to Strathmore where we loaded our materials into the trailer.
