i lost my key the day i rented the truck. My fault obviously. Went back to the location. NO help what so ever. No key there, no way to get me a key. Told me to call roadside assistance but didnt even give me the number. Hours went by and roadside "couldn't find a locksmith". Told me that when they did it would be $275. They gave up for the night. I found my own locksmith and it cost $105. They could not have been less helpful. Glad i wasn't stranded somewhere. My pick up location was changed twice from the one i chose. I chose it because i could walk to pick up the truck. The other one was another mile away.ROBERT A.

Don't charge for "special handling" of off hours truck return when the truck was returned while location open and keys handed to agent. Also, don't send trucks out with gas on EMPTY with 10 miles left on tank.......very stressful! Promised refund by employee of special fee of $20 but I never received confirmation of this, What a scam!Keith K.

I was charged for a dolly that we never received. There was no dolly in the pick-up truck, though I had paid $7.00 for the rental of one. Now, I am being charged $76.80 for anon-returned dolly. This is completely unacceptable.DORIS P.

Same situation as the pickup my new location I had a drop off storage 7 minutes for my new home but I had to drive downtown Spokane through traffic to get to this place and I had $100 deposit to be returned to me and the store was a no cash drop off I was inconvenient but he helped me as best he could he asked for my new address and they would mail me a check he did the best he could to help me very friendly and helpfulGilbert D.

I am extremely bothered that I was charged $20 for dropping the uhaul off after hours and the employee at the store didn't bother telling me this when I picked it up. This location is listed as a 24/7 truck share location and when I arrived last night around 630 pm, the gate was closed to the property with a stop sign stating a uhaul rep would be available to help and no other instructions. It was after hours on a holiday and nobody was there and access to the property was closed with no further/supplemental instructions for after hours. I had an uber ride pick me up and was waiting for me and I could not wait around to make a phone call for someone to open the property and the vehicle was left in the driveway with keys in the trailerSean R.

Charged an after hours fee of $20 for dropping off the truck in the evening on 12/29. 2 days early that was never communicated with me. They market the truck being received days after I dropped it off because they were closed for New Years. Unacceptable, reached out via email to uhaul customer service regarding the charge and was never contacted. Refund should be expected for the after hours fee.David C.

15 min late charge for a whole another day they could have notified me of that and I would have continued to move things out of my garage with that day that I paid for that I didn't get any use of so I paid for something I didn't get new owners not impressed at all will not be returning I've rented from that U-Haul three times in the last year with the old owners won't do it again truck was dirty cargo van I guess you would say gas was a sliver Under full and was charged $5 I won't be returning me getting the day that I paid for would be nice didn't know until I got the receipt called him later and said I might as well finish out the day could have had it van all the way until noon and all my stuff moved I know instead I was charged $90 for one day and get as much done as I wanted and wasn't informed so pretty much theft of service won't happen again I will never return to this location it was my favoriteTara J.
The customer service at this location was beyond poor. The staff came out - could have helped me fix the issue...they chose not to and made me leave and needing to resolve on my own. The office and behavior of this staff was beyond strange. Wil not recommend or use uhaul. Made my move even more stressful. Poor customer service and experience.Boyd M.

Since location is on a one-way street, it would be helpful to identify in the text notice that the driveway on the west side of the building is for pick-up. Pick-up went quickly by friendly personnel. I was in and out with paper work, hook-up and light check in under 15 minutes.MARK K.

Returned equipment after hours. Difficult to navigate parking lot as trailers were scattered haphazardly. 12 blankets were returned, folded and neatly placed in a pile. Charged me for folding, an extra day rental for returning after hours even though it was returned 2 days early, and was charged for cleaning even though there was nothing to clean as we had already done it. Total bullshit scam to milk additional money. Will not use U-haul again. Go team Ryder or BudgetMichael C.

By far worst experience with Uhaul ever, and I rent about once a month. First I was told I owed money from my last rental, which I did not. Had to waste time on the phone to get that cleared up.
