Joanna Q1. Not the location's fault but they had no record of my reservation. 2. Foot long strip of drivers windshield wiper was hangin off wiper. 3. Inside of windshield had layer of film on it making it hard to see. 4. Steering wheel sticky. 5. Outside of vehicle very faded - my neighbor commented how bad the truck looked.
KELLEY WThe store had no clue about the truck, I had no signal at the station and took forever as they could not assist, the truck must have a leak in the roof as we noticed boxes up front were wet, the cab had a dead frog in it and I also requested a dolly with moving pads which the store could not help
David EHorrible. The reservation and text message hand me this location for pick up. When I arrived (which I had to take a 30min Uber) there was no reservation under my name there. I called the help uhaul number and the guy didn’t help at all.
Kamryn BWiper blades were were in such poor condition that most of the wiper fin was detached from the blade, making visibility in rain very poor, and quite frankly, scary. Garbage and food debris under drivers seat. And worst of all the vehicle left a large oil stain in our concrete driveway ! VERY disappointed! I’ll be renting from Penske in the future.

BERNARD DTerrible customer service from the pick up place. He was rude and canceled my reservation when I was standing right there because I couldn't figure out how to get the truck. AND the key was stuck in the box. AND there was another lady standing there in tears because she couldn't figure out the return process and they wouldn't help her either.
Todd Sstaff was great, truck had seat cover that did not stay in place plus had tire system message that hid milage. otherwise, truck was fine for a small moving job.

Barbara LSelf pick up and drop off process on the app is really complicated and most important the app is not fast on processing and a lot of times it stops working so you have to start the process all over from the beginning Also the lock on the key box it has a really poor mechanism. Not smooth at all , took me 10 min to figure it out that i was not doing smth wrong , was just the lock itself requiring a lot of special techniques in order to work properly

James KDiscovered the small truck did not have a ramp. The AC in this truck does not blow while in motion. It only blows when stopped. This is Florida. AC while especially moving is a must.

JORGE RThe Uhaul had a check engine light and the AC did not work. Definitely needed maintenance.
NADER AA/C worked for about 5 minutes and it was in the 90’s. Truck check engine light was on the entire time and when I asked about it , I was told it’s always on and not to worry. Can of the truck was filthy and looked like it has never been cleaned. Windshield was so filthy I could barely see out of it and had to stop and clean it because the wipers made it worse. These trucks definitely need to be updated and better maintained. The truck served its purpose however it was far from clean or maintained.

Richard FProcess was pretty straight forward though they were low on some of the auxiliary supplies (furniture cart, moving pads, etc.). Interior of the truck was free of debris but needed a good wipe down. Perfect for what we needed though which was an in town move.
Brian HWhen I dropped off the uhaul I was told the person that handles drop offs is not there and my receipt will be emailed to me in 2 hours . I did not want to wait two hours for this person to come in so I left. Later I was charged $22 extra after returning my rental. I filled the gas past what I picked it up at. When I tried to call the drop off location no one would answer. I do not understand why I was charged an extra fee.

Joseph WThis location was ok. The only issue was with the original pick up site, that they changed it on me and was 30 miles difeent at .79 a mile adds up.
maria rHave moving blankets / pads available. We requested 6 pads for $5 at the time of the reservation but upon arrival, found out there weren't any. We had to go 6 miles out of the way to Home Depot to buy something to protect the furniture which cut into our 4-hour window. The total for that is $48.82. This was after Hurricane Ian so this "side venture" took MUCH LONGER than it would normally. We picked up the truck with 7/8 of a tank, we filled it back up to 7/8 to return it. The truck was parked on a deep angle and reads just under 7/8 of a tank and we are charged $19 (equaling 4 gallons). According to the agreement, it is $4.75 / gallon to refuel. When calling the location to question, the worker refused to or couldn't understand what we were trying to say or ask. Very disappointing to say the least. Not only did they not have the items we requested, they also tried to charge us for something that they shouldn't have.

KEITH SI extended for one day and was charged for two days since I brought the truck back about 2 hours after the original rental time. This was never explained and I feel that charging for one complete day when it was back before 10 am is completely out of line. Never again.
Peter OI was notified the day before that my location was changed. Once I arrived they did not have the dolly I had paid for and requested, and only had 3 pads instead of the 6 I ordered. The truck was dirty inside. I was stuck needing the truck this day and time and could not at this time back out. Very disappointed in Uhauls service.

ROMILIO MWe rented a truck for the day and the driver cabin was infested with bugs! And I mean extremely infested! They were crawling all over the cabin doors and roof and we didn’t realize it until we were already at our destination. The cabin was completely disgusting and this bug problem needs to be addressed.
