High praise to George at this location. U-Haul allowed someone to extend a rental from your other Naples location which resulted in the equipment not being available to me. I was flying down on a Saturday from up north when I learned this. A move had already been scheduled and movers arranged for. Even though Exprezo 121 closed at 2:00, George arranged to have me pick up the truck on a Sunday taking his own time to complete the paperwork and ensure my 1,500 mile move remained on schedule. It's employees like George that make a company great. Thank you George!
