This location should be closed. The lady doesn't care. The truck had a damaged tire, mirror not adjustable which makes driving dangerous. When I got my receipt today, she charged me for almost a full tank when I returned the truck at same level I got it. She is not answering my calls! The address also takes you to an empty full of grass. She did not give me the dolly I paid for and said she has taken it off my order; guess what, she lied about it. she still charged me. That receipt looks like she made up stuff up. I don't know why uhaul has this lady working with them. It is an extremely poor service!!

The side view mirror arm was loose and created a safety issue. The mirror was not adjustable, so therefore I couldn't see the side of the vehicle or traffic next to me.

The lady is a big scam person. The information she entered for me was wrong. She put a zip code as a address. She had me to repeat the address 3 times and still wrong but made sure she had my debit card information right. On September 28 2024 I got the truck. The direction to the place take you into a neighborhood. Now she she said I got the truck at 12:19pm and I didn't. She didn't get to the lot until 1pm. Then she did the reservations on her phone and didn't take any pictures cause she never got out the car. By the the time we got through with the paperwork it was almost 2pm. The gas was not at a 1/2 tank, it was below 1/2 tank and didn't drive over no 70 miles. My apartment was 10-15 minutes from her location and another 10-15 minutes from the apartment to the house I moved in. Now a month later she trying to get another $123.68 out of me and put in her notes that I made a promise to pay this amount and I didn't make that arrangement. I just get a notification that $22.68 was taking out my account. They have been trying to hit my account 7 different times for different prices. This location needs to be shut down. She just want money.

They stole money and lied I didn’t go over mileage and replaced the gas in the truck because it’s literally right down to the street from the gas station. When I got the truck it had. Glass food and cigarettes and was just nasty my bf and myself even spoke to the lady about how it wasn’t cleaned out when we received it we also didn’t use or order any pads so I don’t know why that’s a charge and the truck was brought back on time. I also have my receipt and my. Oldest son was with me when we returned the truck and put the gas in it and my children cleaned it out before we took it back. I want my full deposit back. Because the lady lied to keep money it was a $60 the gas was 2.89 we put 10 in because we went 36 miles there and snd back literally. She didn’t even know the truck was not clean she said it just came back which lets you know they didn’t even do a proper walk through before sending it back out.

I was charged $20 for after hours fees when it was returned after 3 hours of use at 1:45-2pm and they can check their cameras also they charged me $9 for gas when I didn’t use much gas and put $5 in and the gauge was not where they said it was and I have pics!

The location is actually a parking lot with an identifiable run down building and not a scrub store with hours of operations to get assistance with anything real time like the listing states. The address navigates to a home on google maps making it somewhat difficult to find or identify with the satellite pics provided in comparison to the pictures advertised. The customer care experience I received with trying to check out after 3+ hours being parked waiting on the truck in the parking lot was the inconvenience that I was not banking on. U-Haul failed again and after several attempts to reach management I’ve still yet to be assisted

The van was DISGUSTING. Dog hair ALL OVER and nasty dirty. (I have pictures.) The place looks abandoned and nobody is taking care of the place. The lady on the phone was very nice though once I figured out that nobody is physically on site.

Was unable to pick it up at my scheduled time due to it not showing to be ready in the system although it was on the lot. Delayed my move by 2hrs. Customer service was not helpful until I was transferred to the manager of the location. Rented a dolly and told at pickup that this location doesn’t handle them. Made for a tuff start to an already long moving day.

Smells like someone has been living in the truck . There were old limes and wet spots throughout the truck that smelled terrible!

Wrong address was given. No one was on site to help. Tongue of auto carrier was slightly bent. No space to turn truck around after attaching trailer.

Drop off spot was 10 minutes from my house. Very convenient, thank God. The lady from very nice and professional. I also thank her for hanging around while my Uber ride came to get me in about 10 min

This location is not staffed. After you check in on your phone a code is supposed to be sent to you which will unlock a lockbox for the key to your truck. I never got a code. I called both numbers that are associated with this location and I had to leave a message on one and I was put on hold for almost 30 mins on the other. Luckily, a neighbor saw me and called someone from the location and they called me and gave me a code. The person on the phone said that they had been having problems with the code service. If the neighbor had not helped me I don’t know if I would’ve have actually been able to get my truck. Worst experience I have ever had.

This location 7 lethea st se Atlanta ga 30315 is a complete scam and it needs to be shut down immediately, I booked a UHAUL truck for Thursday 5/30 pick up time 6:30 pm eat I got to the location at 6:18 and no one was there , I stayed for 40 ’plus mins waiting for someone to give me the key also while contacting UHAUL , and for some reason they triple charged my card $121 for a transaction that was only $42!! Not to add while waiting I noticed the passenger side mirror was missing which would’ve been hazardous and unsafe to drive . This location seriously needs to be investigated, and as a loyal customer this is completely unacceptable, PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK PLEASE ASAP !!!

Location was very sketchy. The trailer had a short in the light connection. An hour and a half into the drive no trailer lights. Pulled over and wiggled some cords. Worked from then on. Let the drop off location know that there was a short.

The vehicles were parked all over the place as there were no designated parking lanes, they location is unmanned so there was no one to assist with getting the locks open (they were old and needed extra twisting, knee presses and other actions to work).

No one there was told just to leave heavy trailer there could not have unloaded without help from a guy that had come back after no one being there day before. The on top of that didn’t put check in til next day on receipt! Horrible service and experience absolutely terrible. Should not be a U-Haul representative.

Horrible experience dropping the vehicle off. Would never recommend this site to anyone. Truly disappointed with U-Haul!!!!!!!! The owner hung up on me and was rude.
