The clerk at this location was warm and friendly. I enjoyed our conversation while waiting for my ride to pick me up. I don't remember his name unfortunately.

RYAN SPut into place methods that will ensure that customers are not accused of not returning Uhaul rental vehicles and equipment as well as train Uhaul representatives to not insist that customers have not returned rentals when they actually have.
KEITH TEverything was in tip top shape, but maybe give directions for what to do when returning the rental at checkout would help. I did call before dropping back off to know where to bring it, but it may help to tell directions before hand.

amy wThe truck was parked on a steep hill beside an embankment. It was impossible to access the passengers side of the truck to take pictures. Also the location is in a terrible traffic location making it very difficult to leave the parking lot with such large equipment.

DARREN CIt made my life much easier. It was easy to drive and I had no problem whatsoever. Very pleased.
KAREN BThe only issue was the rubber retaining straps for the safety chains were dry rotted. I used electrical tape to secure the chans since I was concerned the rubber was going to break.

Bobby BJust recommend this location! Thanks to my daughter’s lack of planning, we were moving her from one side of town to the other on a rainy Sunday and we’re in need of an enclosed trailer. After two failed attempts, we came to this location at the extended stay suites, and I wish we would’ve come here first. They provided excellent service and had every variety of trailer and moving apparatus one could hope for. I would highly recommend this location, which is open 365 days a year!

DANIEL GIf you are looking for in and out quick service this is the place. They are also the only location I have ever heard of that’s open until 11pm! You never know when an emergency happens and you need a trailer or van instantly.
PATRICK MThe UHaul representative at that time of pickup went above and beyond to make sure I get the trailer I reserved for in best condition. He made sure all the safety thing and was open for any help I need to hook up the trailer. Also at return I was lucky that I found the same guy, who again helped me unhook and park the trailer safely. I would recommend all my friends if they need uhaul, take it from this location in Cookeville.
MD IApparently the system was down so the person at the desk couldn't do the check-in. We used the app instead so it was ok.
JOELLE SExcellent service. I needed an open trailer & the man who took care of me hooked the trailer to my vehicle, made sure it was corrected properly & the lights worked. When I returned the trailer, he unhooked the trailer for me. Very kind person. Definitely recommend this site
VERNON JEquipment was in great shape. Easy to deal with location leaser. They did forget to provide the wheel cart to move heavy furniture.

DAVID WThe couple that runs the facility were EXTREMELY kind and helpful at both ends of the transaction. The one suggestion I would make is to prepare customers booking through website that they may need a trailer light adapter. I have several at home but arrive unprepared because I hadn't thought about it.

Donna MTruck was clean and maintained but I Definitely got overcharged for mileage at drop off, I moved 2.3 miles away and did 3 round trips, was charged for 30. I drove less than 10 miles total.

MONIQUE GThe managers were absolutely amazing to work with my car broke down very stressed out just trying to figure out how to get it home and off the highway before I got a ticket stop by. They are very helpful. Showed me a dolly that was perfect. I was able to go get my car home safely without getting a ticket on it. They saved me hundreds of dollars showing me what they had and taking the time with me very much appreciated. I will definitely use them again in the future for any rentals that I need and recommend them.
SHERRY HEasy check out, very professional. They went out of their way to call us and tell us we lost a piece of jewelry and it was found in truck. Definitely will use this location again if future.
