I had a reservation number and email confirmation however I was told she could not find it, she created a new rental, charge more than I had reserved for online, and emailed me a receipt even though I never gave her my email address, all I gave her was my I.D. and phone number, and I have used Uhaul before but not under this email address which tells me that she did have access to my previous reservation.
